Great chicken, would greatly appreciate it if service was faster but waiter was very friendly. Ambiance felt like I went on a mini vacay. Get the chicken, that's all you need. It's great they serve food from different countries but the chicken is their specialty.

This is an interesting place, they sell you all types of Hispanic food such as; Salvadoran, Cuban, Mexican, Chapina etc. Their specialty are the roast chicken. Also, they have a desert variety area but i didn't like that flan that I bought. The food is okay, nothing special but they have good customer service and the environment is nice and clean.

A friend and I were driving around looking for a place to eat. She spots this gem and we loved it. Service is great, they're always very attentive. I go there at least once a week because you can't beat $10 breakfast and free coffee! Taking something from the bakery is a must!

Great people and great food! Way better than el pollo loco or California Chicken Cafe. Great Cuban/El Salvadorian/Caribbean flavor!

I've been driving past this place for a while now and finally decided to come here for take out. It's located in a strip mall with tight parking spaces. The parking spaces are on the compact size, so if you have a large SUV or truck, I would probably park it on the street or when it's not as busy. I walked in and place my order on the bakery side. You can order from either registers. I waited almost 10 minutes for them to get my order ready. They also have cakes and baked goods for sale if you want to grab something to munch on while you wait. I ordered the whole chicken with double rice. I was very surprised that they give you 2 measly sized salsa cups like the ones you get at El Pollo Loco. For a whole chicken, how can they justify only giving you 2 small salas. I would have like for them to provide me with cups so I can grab as much salsas at the salsa bar. They also have dine in seats available if you decide to eat there. I thought the chicken was a bit on the dry side. It does have flavor, but it's not as juicy as El Pollo Loco. Although the chicken is a little bit bigger here. I don't know if it's because I picked up the chicken around 8pm, but I was surprised that it was a bit dry. Maybe I'll give them another try, not sure. But El Pollo Amigo in West Hills taste alot better and is juicer. I did like the yellow rice here though.

I have ordered their half chicken and quesadillas. Great value, great food. Their salsas complement the food very well. I usually do take out but I wouldn't mind eating there one day. Great ambience and clean restaurant.

We love the chicken from here. However we were extremely disappointed to order 2 orders of papa rellenas and 2 orders of empanadas, only to find out that there is only 1 in an order. The picture on the website shows 5 empanadas and 6 papa rellenas. The description does not indicate any quantity, let alone 1. And the price is absurd for a single piece appetizer. They are tasty, but absolutely not worth the price. Get the chicken, do not waste your money on the appetizers, they are a rip off. We are now questioning if we will be back to the restaurant even though we love their chicken. We do not like false advertising.

the food is amazing, except their veggie burritos are horrendous. kinda surprising how anyone could screw up a vegetarian burrito recipe, let alone menu, but the other items are pretty good. i especially love their chicken and rice. the pupusas have a little too much dough/not enough filling for their price, but the filling tastes good nonetheless. i also love how close to the orange line it is.

They make some awesome chicken full flavor. The service can be slow sometimes but it is worth it, this is not a fast food restaurant. Their flan is also really good.
