Sheila (Manager) was our bartender filling in at the bar. She was excellent! Isa (Server) provided the the best service!

This restaurant offers a great mix of classic and modern dishes. I tried the roasted chicken with herbs, and it was flavorful and juicy. The side of roasted potatoes was crispy and delicious. The service was attentive without being intrusive.

Wow, I really enjoyed the time here. Did not expect to find a restaurant on the same floor (3rd) of Nordstrom's. Great place to stop by after shopping. The food is awesome and they have a full bar. Enjoy

I ordered online from DoorDash and for the second day in a row they forgot one of the items which made my food not taste very good for $30. I’m done ordering from them.

I come here to treat myself on my lunch break every once in a while & it’s always amazing. The food, the service and the atmosphere. It really is amazing food I definitely recommend you stop in. The gem Cesar w/skirt steak is my favorite. Sometimes hard to find at first, but you go into Nordstrom and go up the escalator twice and you’ll see it!

Lovely Brigitte was our server. She made some great suggestions. This place is unique. Quiet. Fair price. Trained in the kitchen to prepare great dishes. The bread was warm and fresh. Took wife and daughter. Nice setting. And booth is spacious. Need to come here more! Also the calamari was memorable with banana peppers to add zing. Even with a busy mall, not a problem here. Generous amount of crab in the mac and cheese.

I ordered the three egg breakfast which in the menu says three eggs, bacon, fingerling potatoes and toast. I had read the eggs Benedict on the menu and it said regular salad so for some reason, I thought it came with a regular salad and I said no arugula salad, substitute fruit, and she didn't say anything to me about it so the meal comes and the fruit consist of four grapes one orange slice it looks like it was for my drink and one quarter of a strawberry. The eggs were very small and not very appealing and there was no cheese on top. I had ordered it with cheddar cheese. No bacon came. I asked for the toast to be remade and they brought me back bread and then I said, can you just toast it and then they brought me back my original bread I swear to God, which was terrible. I didn't eat it no bacon finally the manager brings me over bacon and it's bacon from that they cooked in the morning and this was at 1 o'clock and it was completely room temperature so it was kind of like oily cause I've been sitting in the counter all day and wasn't cooked and it was just terrible. I didn't eat it at all. It was just not good. The fingerling potatoes were just room temperature as well and soggy and I didn't eat them either. I took one bite of one and I was like this is not good so I would say two thumbs down definitely do not go there for brunch also when they brought the meal that came with french fries they brought no ketchup no ranch that we asked for but still no ketchup and I couldn't get them to bring ketchup. Also, when we got the bread that they give you there for free it comes with like a herb butter. We asked him for regular butter and we never got it until finally I had to get up after 10 minutes and asked someone to help me and get me some butter for my kid.

The food is always delicious and gourmet level! I love the Kung pow Brussel sprouts the lime cilantro salad with shrimp and my dad loved the crab bisque. I've been coming here many years and keep coming back.

It was my first time visiting, and I had an outstanding experience! From the host to our server, customer service was top tier.

I truly appreciated the vast menu options to appease varying palates - the Wild Salmon Nicoise Salad was delicious and beautifully presented! I was also surprised to find so many kid menu choices on the back of the kids pamphlet, which kept my kid entertained the entire time.

My only negative, which could be a deal-breaker to some, was no oatmilk or some form of non-dairy creamer offered with their coffee or even as an option to drink for kids. I do feel this is something small that should be available to patrons, when most establishments offer this choice nowadays. For this reason, I only gave four stars instead of five.

Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian options available, and they will gladly omit or substitute out meat.

Kid-friendliness: I was also surprised to find so many kid menu choices on the back of the kids pamphlet, which kept my kid entertained the entire time.

This is one of my favorite spots. The food is always on point and they have some of the best salads and desserts. I'm glad they started doing brunch too!😋

The food has really gone down in the quality of cooking method. Also the place is looking shabby.

I am from out of town and ate at this restaurant on two separate occasions. Unfortunately, both times were a big disappointment. On the first visit, we made reservations (through OpenTable) for 5 people. When we arrived at the restaurant, we only had 4 as one of the people in our party was sick and unable to attend. The hostess at the front said b/c we did not have the amount people in our reservations, we needed to wait as she needed to seat the people on the waiting list first. WTF?!?!? That logic made no sense to me, and there were a lot of available tables for 4. They took us in after 10 minutes of waiting. The food was as expected (we always eat at Nordstrom restaurants). Service was so-so, as we had to wait a while to order and wait for our water to be filled even though the restaurant wasnʻt even busy. On my second visit, our reservation for 4 was set for 6:30pm. We arrived at 6:31pm and the manager at the front goes "I didnʻt think you guys were going to show up, I gave away your table." He said he had to get a table ready as we waited for 5 minutes to sit down, even though the restaurant was empty. Once again, it took a while for them to take our order. They did not even bring water until we asked them. It took 20 minutes for them to bring our drinks (after reminding the manager, twice). Our appetizers didnʻt come until the main entrees came. To top it off, when the 2 pizzas that we ordered arrived, they were really small, 8" at best. Just watching how poorly the manager runs the restaurant, I am not surprised that everyone else pretty much follows his lead. Nordstrom should seriously look into the management of this establishment, Iʻm sure Iʻm not the only one that has experienced this.
