The service at CPK Topanga is amazing. I can’t say enough about the chef Fabiola, Managers CeCe, Elmer, and the Cashier Kylie, the food is always fresh and hot and the team always delivers excellent service with a smile. 1000% satisfied

Today is a bad day i came to CPK ,starving from work the server kept giving bread and we been waiting for an hour and they seeved already the rest of the table inspite we are ahead of them we approached the supervisor ...the supervisor CECE ..said that the delayed she learned only 10mins ago BUT she never went to our table to explain and apologized to the mistake of his server , and this is DISCRIMiNATION !!! seeving and attending to the other table which are white people ...and we came ahead of them ONE HOUR waiting and ignoring !!!! this is so so not good !!! the supervisor is not really sorry she is defensive!!!

Prices are insanely high for such a poor quality of food. People in the kitchen are definitely not responsible for this scam, products are just bad. The salad is simply distasteful and this small Cesar salad costs 14$ without chicken?? Waiter said it’s an extra 3$, don’t waste your money here.

Worst service. No manners and very very rude. Manager and supervisor should be working somewhere else not in this area. So many open tables.

Avoid this place extremely dirty, extremely unattended and rude Staff overall a horrible horrific place, dirty tables, dirty chairs, dirty menus none of the employees care when you complain to them ask them for things they ignore you. They’re completely careless clueless, and they avoid the customer best to avoid this horrible place. I even tried to talk to the manager and he didn’t even care.

We had a pretty disappointing experience at California Pizza Kitchen. We asked to be seated in the middle section of the mall (outside of the restaurant) and were told there’d be a 15-minute wait, which was totally fine. But while we waited, we noticed multiple dirty tables that hadn’t been cleared. Even after we were finally seated, those same tables were still covered in dirty dishes. At one point, the entire row of tables around the bar was covered in filthy dishes for an extremely long time. It made the wait feel unnecessary, they just weren’t cleaning up or turning the tables efficiently.

Once we sat down, things didn’t get much better. Our server (i didnt get her name, but she had very large lips and prominent eyebrows) had a serious attitude and forgot several things we asked for, even after repeating ourselves more than once. Every time I looked for her, she was at the bar making drinks for the same two guys and flirting instead of checking on her own tables. Thankfully, another waitress stepped in and was much more attentive. She seemed to be picking up the slack for our server.

Even though our food took a long time to come out, it arrived lukewarm, which made me feel like it had just been sitting there while we waited. It was frustrating to have waited so long only for the food to show up not even hot.

On top of that, there was a loud, disruptive group of teenagers most clearly under 16, hanging around the same area. Not all of them were even eating, and they were yelling to people aross the mall and on the second floor, running around, and leaving their stuff everywhere. It got so out of control that security had to get involved. Everyone seated nearby kept glancing around at each other, clearly annoyed and uncomfortable.

Between the uncleaned tables, poor service, lukewarm food, and chaotic environment, this was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time.

I returned my dish because the tomatoes were rotten and smelled awful !!!and the pizza itself was barely edible. Instead of a simple apology, the bartender snapped, rolled her eyes, and gave me a look like I’d just insulted her family. Ignoring our questions, being rude for no reason… It’s impressive how bad the service was. Definitely not the kind of “attitude” you expect when you’re the one paying. Never again.

Haven't been to CPK in a while. The food was good BUT the service was beyond terrible. Our server made so many mistakes with our order and then disappeared. The only person who was helpful was the busboy. My friend actually gave him a tip. We spoke to the manager but he seemed very disinterested. Very poor experience tonight unfortunately.

I visited this restaurant about a month ago and, unfortunately, the service wasn’t the best. However, I decided to give it another try today, and I’m so glad I did! Cesar, our waiter, was absolutely amazing. He consistently checked on our drinks and meals, ensuring everything was perfect. What truly stood out was his attentiveness to our allergies—he went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe and well taken care of. Kudos to Cesar for his outstanding service!
