I see why most of these comments are speaking on this place customer service! These KIDS are very rude! They don’t even smile and act like they don’t want to work. I went and paid almost 10 dollars for that BELOW average ice cream and he wasted most of it!!! I seen these ppl put half the damn ice cream down the sink! I asked them “why didn’t fill the cup up?” He replies: well you got a small cup” crazy thing is, the cup was FREAKIN EMPTY AT THE BOTTOM! You don’t serve nobody an empty damn cup when they’ve paid you more than what the ice cream was worth! They’ll NEVER see me again. Trash place trash mall!

I recently visited Cereal Twister on May 8th, between 1:30-1:45 PM, and I must express my utmost disappointment with the level of customer service I received. The entire experience left me feeling ignored, frustrated, and disrespected. Upon arrival, I patiently waited at the register for the young man behind the counter to finish assisting the previous customer. However, instead of acknowledging my presence or addressing me, he proceeded to help someone who arrived after me. I couldn't help but stare at him in disbelief. Once he finished helping the woman who came up after me. I asked the young man if the woman he had assisted was here before me. To my surprise, he confirmed that she had left and come back, yet he failed to provide any explanation or apology for his lack of attention towards me. Instead, he accused me of being rude for staring at him, despite him never acknowledging my presence. As someone who works in customer service myself, I understand the significance of a simple greeting or acknowledgement. It only takes a few seconds to make customers feel valued and informed about any wait times or busy situations. Unfortunately, this basic principle seemed to be completely overlooked by the young man at Cereal Twister. What made this experience even more frustrating was the fact that I have been a loyal customer, visiting the establishment once a month. This was the first time I did not order my usual smoothie. It was disheartening to hear the young man justify his neglectful behavior by mentioning that he was the only staff member and that it was busy. I wish he had communicated this earlier, while I was patiently waiting at the register. In conclusion, my visit to Cereal Twister on May 8th was an incredibly disappointing experience due to the poor customer service I received. The lack of acknowledgment, unjustified explanation, and failure to communicate effectively left me feeling disrespected and undervalued as a customer. I hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and addresses these issues to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

This place has the most creative shakes that I have ever seen! The staff was very friendly when it came to ordering the shakes. I recommend going for the seasonal shakes since you can only get it for a limited amount of time! The best part is that the shakes taste as great as it's appearance!

What does a supposed restaurant and play ground do inside the closed mall and then open but separated only for the guests of the parents of the birthday boy(ra) who rented the place? The children get frustrated to see through the glass window that other children have fun in that only place for children and they cannot if they are not invited to the "birthday". I understand that they rent it because it is a business, but I do not understand that they do it inside a public mall, so it should be in a place outside the mall if the entire place is rented to become private. If the business is inside the mall with large windows instead of walls so that everyone can see in, it should obviously be accessible to the public by paying the entrance fee. Very badly . My child was frustrated at not finding a place to play and get his energy out in that big shopping center that lacks an area with a play ground accessible to "all" children.
