Very bad experience, I bought a beef broth to eat in the restaurant and they served it cold and when I asked for it to be heated up a little and after 20 minutes I asked if they would deliver it to me. Their response was that not only was my order there and I had to keep waiting. The lady manager couldn't solve it, instead she responded badly and it was better to return the money, it was order 70. They should train them so that they have better customer service.

The cashier or those who bring the orders or whoever but for me they are inept in the service but it is stupid to waste time and gas and traffic. Mediocre service. I'm not crazy about placing another order here. It's a shame because this small order was to try and move closer and make my orders larger, but the good service makes me not be your customer.

I came to this place, thinking that I was going to get green pozole because it was the first thing that was on their Google page but when I got there, they told me there was no green pozole. The lady did not have good customer service and was not friendly to top it off She was rushing me, even when there was no line. The food was not even that good. My tacos were onion tacos with a side of meat. The meat had no seasoning and was really dry. Completely disappointed!
Went in there today at 12:26 to get some food for lunch we ordered a bean and cheese burrito extra cheese & a carne asada burrito when I got the order and went home it was a burrito with some type of meat I think it may have been tongue I don't know but it definitely wasn't what I ordered. Being that I have ate here before this was the first time I wasnt satisfied with my order.

After a long morning, the food here hit the spot. Was greated My maria and service was fast and professional. Loved the dia de los muertos theme going on, the altar was pretty cool. Definitely going to be coming here for more burritos during lunch. Thank you Gallo giro
