Horrible I just approached the store at 4:40pm with my two kids. My son wanted some water so I simply walked up and asked for a cup of water. An employee replied we are closed at the moment.I asked once more saying, “Do you guys not have available water? She replied “there’s a water fountain in the corner.”Very inconsiderate, poor customer service. If you can’t even provide a family a water cup “while closing” despite online saying you are open until 9pm. Then it is no wonder you are stuck working at Jamba Juice. It’s no surprise why the franchise continues to struggle to survive. A water cup did no require so much of your time or a transaction. I understand if I was trying to purchase something while closing.The mall is open until 9pm yet they are closing at 4:30pm. Wonder if management is even aware.
