Customers are required to check in before being allowed to enter the store. This felt forced and took away from what should be a relaxed shopping experience. I’ve visited other Nespresso locations and did not experience this.
Unfriendly and inappropriate staff behavior. I will not be coming back to this location.

Unfortunately this location is not truthful with their customers. They had a deal back in November for a $100 machine and a free month of pods. When prompted how we will be receiving the pods the worker quickly said “they will be sent to your home.” So we waited for almost a month and received nothing. When I called Nespresso this morning to ask they said this store gave me incorrect information and they will be reporting the store 🤷🏼‍♀️
Additionally, we were told by one of the workers to try a sample of their holiday collection because it was our first time buying a machine and the same girl came up to us when I asked “can we try a sample” and was told yes, so me and my mom picked two flavors and then were told it’s $30 something dollars because the worker was trying to sell us pods instead without us even having a machine???

Either they need to train their workers better or re-evaluate who they hired.

Double check your order before leaving the store. This is the 2nd time they are shorting the sleeves in the bag. A few months ago I was missing a sleeve of Costa Rica, it’s was early afternoon I drove back to get the sleeve I paid for.
Today, I was short a sleeve of the Festive Collection for the Vertuo collection, it’s $15.50 for the sleeve. I got home at 8:53pm and I was not about to drive back! HOW DOES A REATAIL STORE MOT HAVE A OHINE NUMBER TO CALL THEM???
Had to call chat service, wait on the line for help and then deal with someone who couldn’t understand what was happening. Eventually after 12 min on the phone they said they will ship me a sleeve.
Note for the store; I understand errors happen but it’s okay to take an extra 15 seconds to double check your work. Also, get a phone number where people can call when they have issues such as this.

Ordered 60 dollars worth of coffee, and they dont have change for a hundred dollars. What a disgrace

We should have paid attention to the reviews of this boutique, but you're not very favorable. Except for the person who was providing the coffee samples, everyone else was snooty and provided poor service. The woman from whom we had to order our coffee couldn't get our order or receipt correct, no matter how many times we told her how many of each type of sleeve we wanted. When she finally showed us the correct receipt, she went into the back to package of our coffees. She came out, looked into the bag, and then immediately went back before she reappeared with our bag of coffees. We took a quick look and counted the sleeves, and everything seemed correct. But once we got home add emptied the bag,, we realized that she had not given us what we had ordered. Our advice is to order online, which always seems to deliver accurately, and not at this boutique. At least we got to sample what we thought we were buying. Buyer beware here.

Update: Thanks for your response. Unfortunately, the gas to get to the Canoga Park boutique would cost more than the incorrect sleeves of coffee, since the boutique is quite a distance from us. However, there are closer boutiques. Could we visit one of them to correct our order? And, if so, how will they know what our order should have been?

I find it odd that one has to check in just to buy coffee pods, but that's not the base for this review. Jasmine (unfortunately we share names) just kinda had an attitude, as well as the other man working there who was talking to her in spanish. I'll be ordering online from now and on.

Be careful, one of the representatives there committed fraud and charged a subscription to my account to have it delivered to their address. I had to call nespresso corp to dispute the charge and have them investigate.

This review is for the sales floor team in 2016. Yes, I was a young adult college kid, with very plain casual clothes, but my money is as good as anyone. I walked in the store by myself looking to purchase a product, but was never approached, other customers walked in and they were greeted, helped and the whole 9 yards. I remember a gentleman with glasses and a suit as one of the workers, but believe me, I was getting dirty looks like I didn't belong there. I had cash in hand, a credit rating of 760 at that time, and 11 credit cards all in good standing. After I saw more customers walk in and get helped and I was still waiting, I simply left and bought a Keurig that same day. Terrible

I love this store!! When I first got my nespresso machine I ordered the coffees online only. I was nervous to go in the store because it seemed so fancy and I am not a super fancy gal, but I was totally surprised by how sweet and helpful everybody in the store was!! The displays are very nice and I like that there is a little wait before they call you to the counter to order what you want because it gives you some time to look at the new flavors and products they have available! I went yesterday and saw a new pistachio vanilla double espresso (double espresso is my fave) and I ended up deciding to buy some which I wouldn't have done if I didn't have time to look around!! I'm so glad I bought it because it is 100% my new favorite coffee I have ever tried!! While you are waiting they also have a coffee bar and a very nice man made us some samples of different kinds and explained all the tasting notes and everything, it felt very fancy but I also did not feel judged or out of place. Last but not least, the girls at the checkout are SO NICE AND SWEET they are amazing and made the whole experience for me!!!🫶🏻🩷 This nespresso store has some amazing people working in it and I can definitely say that I will never order online again as long as I can make it to the store because it is so much fun to come in and shop here! I wish I had remembered the names of the people who helped me, but everyone working there deserves a huge raise!! I will definitely be back soon. Thank you so much to the team at Topanga!!🩷✨️🩷✨️

I called twice to ask a simple question if they had a new flavor in stock , and the worker would pick up the phone and place it down because they wouldn’t respond when I said hello but I could hear them serving other customers in the store

Tierney is absolutely amazing i just wanted to hang out all day at Nespresso. She makes it so much fun like you're hanging out with a friend. My sister and I bought seven coffee flavors because of her.

I am mind blown. The people here are so so friendly. There was someone to check me in to be paired with someone individually who explained the machines to me. AND during all that the barista offered me a coffee to try while I waited?? :) Tierney and Hassan both gave me their honest opinions about their personal preferences on the machines there as well as listened to what i desired!! Espresso and coffee! I made a decision to go with the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ and LOVE IT
Tierney and Hassan both were so so kind to me and were sure to walk me through all the benefits of Nespresso, the subscription, the warranty, how to recycle pods, and lastly were sure to remember to send me home with not only the machine but the sample pods. I still shop here, and every time i come, the lovely barista is always welcoming me by offering a cup of coffee to sample any flavors I haven't tried yet!
