Tapsilog was extremely salty the last few times I've gone. Bummer because I really liked this place. Service is good..enough. Tables and chairs are kinda janky and they don't have the table games anymore. Not worth the drive anymore and parking lot is a zoo.
The Ribeye Bistek Bowl was easily the standout of my order, offering incredibly tender, juicy, and flavorful steak that hit all the right notes. I also ordered the Pork Adobo Bowl with extra pork belly, which was rich and satisfying—definitely worth adding the extra protein. However, the 5 Piece Karaage Fried Chicken left me conflicted. I’ve had this dish several times, and while there have been occasions where it’s been filled with juicy, mouth-watering chicken, this time...
The egg rolls are amazing. I got the tapsilog bowl and it's great. I really like the garlic rice and it's a good amount of food. The fries are also really good. The service is always great.
