Pink Elephant, in my honest opinion, is by far–the best thai restaurant in the valley. It's a cute little restaurant on the side of Sherman Way with a big sign (you can't miss it). I go here all the time and the owners are LOVELY. I love them so much and every time I order, they never miss. My vegetarian grandma is the pickiest lady on earth and this is the only restaurant she likes. Unfortunately, they do take out only but honestly it's so worth. I strongly recommend trying this place out.

We had to pivot and buy dinner in a rush and thank god for pink elephant! The food was ready quickly and the prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. Best of all it was delicious! Plenty of parking on Sherman Way at meters. The owner was very nice and you can tell they care about their food, not rushing you out the door. Takeout only. Definitely going back!

I ordered the chicken pad thai, it's very sweet. As if you were eating dessert. Vegetables were sprinkled, not enough.
I ordered beef Mongolian, beef is tough and the onions are semi raw (mostly raw).
