Rj Bistro Fusion Eats

This place is a bust.We are currently here, attended a concert (currently attending), we've been waiting for 3 1/2hrs for our food, and I am not exaggerating. We spoke to multiple people and they kept getting our orders because apparently they keep misplacing the form where we listed our order. The last lady I spoke to who claims to be the manager, I followed up to ask where our food was, as we have been waiting 3 1/2hrs now and she kept walking and responded rudely that we will need to wait another hour! and I think she caught herself so she came back and said 30mins! like I am supposed to be happy about that? These people are unorganized, they have a horrible customer service, they should shut their business down!My family and I are now sitting here, unhappy, very hungry, and can't even have a good time! I demand a refund for 3 vip tickets from the owner of this restaurant! Ridiculous!!!
