Great experience here. Ordered on their kiosk and it was accurate and seamless even during lunch rush.I got the veggie burger and it was savory and delicious. My husband got the bacon cheeseburger and it too was good. Definitely try the dragonfruit lemonade!The only downside is the portion size for the value is small.The service was attentive and kind, shoutout to Isaac!

First time I ever tried Shake Shack - was very happy. The fries are different but good in their own way. I hope they open more locations in the Inland Empire.

Fresh and good

We ordered the Veggie shack Burger and it was so good and fresh. I was able to taste each flavour, it was well made and the main thing is that it was freshly made. I loved the place and will definitely revisit.

FYI this outlet is in the food court/dining terrace. It is NOT in Topanga Social. Look for signs to the dining terrace on level 2. Also there are 2 Shake Shacks, one is across the street. Make sure you are ordering at the right one. This one is inside the, the other one is across the street and much more easy accessible parking wise.

Very expensive for a small fast food sandwich, not even the best, I had to $21 for a small coke, small fries and a very small sandwich. Doesn’t even taste that good.

Although the food is good the people who work the front act like they want to be anywhere else. Very unfriendly and dismissive. Surely you can train your people better.

listen here. it’s too many workers working for them to be messing up on orders. they’re to busy sitting around talking. have the nerve to ask for tips when paying . . NO. didn’t offer no free drink or anything for being inconvenient. thank god i check the order when i got to the car and it’s not busy at the moment at all. will go across the street to the other location. the people there are nice.

As lazy as a staff can get. Missed the lettuce and look at the sauce. I believe he must have had soft Disney fingers, couldn’t squeeze the sauce bottle too much, just a tiny bit squeaky drop.Side not kid: how are u gonna survive in Cali if you can’t do THIS right? WOWIn & Out would be like Military Training for you, prob.

The food is great, and the crew are very friendly
