Baristas are always so nice and efficient, nice little cozy place. Pretty good for a mall location, I do recommend.

This Starbucks has been the worst one I've ever been to. I've come here several times (out of convenience due to work) and NEVER do they welcome or even really acknowledge you. The only time I see any customer interaction is at the register, God help you if you mobile order like I do. The drinks are never consistent and it takes foooooorever to get your order. I always need to call out to the employees to get any acknowledgment for assistance. It's extremely unfortunate that I could come here more but I go out of my way to try and go to other locations if time allows. DO BETTER

I never write Yelp reviews and I usually just shrug off mediocre service, but I had such a negative experience, I had to take time to write a review.The cashier was nice enough, even though I sensed it was kind of a "fake" nice, but at least she tried. The issue I had was with the guy who made my drink. I just asked for a small coffee. That's it..a small coffee. When they called my name I went to pick it up and it felt light even for that size. I opened up the cup and it was only filled barely over half of the cup. I asked if there was a reason for that and he just said it's their new policy and that's as much as he could fill it all the while barely making eye contact and giving me a "get out of here" vibe.I don't know, maybe it is a new policy to only fill it up half-way, but there's no way I'm paying $3 for that amount of coffee ever again. Plus, I think he just didn't like me for some reason. I dunno. Just a bad overall experience. Starbucks is overpriced and overvalued anyway so what did I expect lol.
