The people working there give off a weird vibe and are not inviting or anything. The guy there just dropped off the drink and left without a word spoken, I also asked for a mango dragonfruit lemonade and it looked like this.

I ordered a drink last night around 9pm to pick up inside since I walk my dog at night around there. This location closes at 10:30pm , I never drive over there at all since I live super close. Anyways, I walk to the doors and try to open it , and it's locked so I walk towards the drive thru and I'm told I can't do that which I understand completely, and then I go back to the doors. I spent about $10 on my drink so of course I want my drink tf ???. He lets me know in a rude tone to come earlier if I want to get my drink , and then threatens me saying next I may not get my drink handed to me if I come after 8:30pm . He thought he ate, I think that Starbucks should show you what time the lobbies close so this doesn't happen . That worker also needs to change his attitude . I am regular there too.Drink was fire though, can't wait to see him tomorrow

Great team here! Always friendly, consistent drinks and they always take care of my pups with puppachinos. It's a small parking lot but traffic for drive through moves pretty quick. There's not a big sit down area inside or outside so ambiance is not as spacious as other locations.

I visit a lot of Starbucks locations, this one is my favorite! Why? Because of the staff. They are the Best!!!Great neighborhood feeling, lots of regular customers being greeted by first name, while the baristas are simultaneously serving a brisk drive through business.

Drinks are usually ok. Frappuccinos aren't blended as good as other locations, and half the employees act like they hate their jobs. Amir(?) served us, and wow, was he rude....stepped back real quick to laugh and say something over the headset as well. The vibe in the place does not pass compared to other locations.

Unless you enjoy having your order screwed up multiple times and being looked down upon like you were less than the dirt beneath their shoes for daring to ask them to make your order correctly, don't go here.I came thru the drive-thru. Ordered a pumpkin cream chai latte and a caramel apple spice. I confirmed the order at the window, even showed them pictures of what I wanted (the drive-thru was a little noisy). The person at the window confirmed she had entered my order correctly. She came back with two iced drinks. I reminded her I ordered the caramel apple spice. She walked away, then came back and had the nerve to ask if I wanted to wait while they made what I actually ordered, advising me to accept the wrong drink. I told her I wanted what I ordered. She went away, came back with a hot drink, and I left.When I got home, I discovered, instead of giving me the Caramel Apple Spice I ordered and paid for, she'd given me a plain black coffee.I had to drive back to get it fixed. The manager, "Karla," was rude, kept making excuses. I told her, one mistake could be excused, the second time was clearly deliberate. She eventually re-made my order and gave me a refund, but not before asking me if I wanted it made as it was described. I had to re-confirm I wanted the caramel apple spice, not a plain steamed apple juice.
