This spot has been here for a long time. Their sandwiches and salads are phenomenal. The freshly baked focaccia bread is so delicious. My favorite items are the basil garlic chicken sandwich and their Cobb salad. The ceasar dressing that comes with the food is to die for! I wish I could buy some at a grocery store. They get 5 stars from me. ššš

There shouldnāt be a reason why these workers arenāt taking our orders seriously!!!! We ordered 2 salads and 2 bags of extra bread that comes in a paper bag. As you can see in the picture, The receipt clearly says to sides of extra bread but we only got two salads and the bread was completely left out. This is the umpteenth time that this has happened. These workers have only included the bread in our order twice. Compare that to the ā6-7 timesā that the order has been screwed up. Itās ridiculous! We never said anything to them until now. They also NEVER answer their phone and the voicemail has been full since the first time we tried calling. We just call DoorDash and get a refund from them every time there is a discrepancy. I took the time out of my busy life to go to the location and I demanded to speak to a manager or supervisor. They repeatedly told me that they didnāt have a manager or supervisor available. I had my daughter record the situation and then proceeded to complain about my issues with them. I mentioned how we would appreciate it if they get the orders correct as it tends to be very frustrating when it is delivered without what we paid for!!! Of course, the first thing they do is apologize and offered me free food. That doesnāt help! The principle of the matter is for these workers to do the orders correctly so we can enjoy our meal. Itās their job to do so. The purpose of having your food getting delivered becomes pointless because you end up feeling obligated to leave your home when you didnāt even want to. Itās ridiculous!!! The simple instructions that we asked for, such asāadding the extra bread, leaving chicken out of one of the salads for a person that is vegan, ANDā¦adding romaine lettuce instead of iceberg lettuce, tend to be a freaking issue. Sometimes, we find things like corn, peanuts, black beans and onions in our salads; things that are not part of the meal in our food!!!!!! Weāre in a pandemic! People have allergy issues or are just plain disgusted by some of these things on their food! It could be anything and could lead to health issues! They need to pay attention and be concious of what theyāre doing with these orders for their customers. This location will do it to the wrong person one day. Maybe when corporate or a lawsuit is involved, theyāll be considerate. We contact DoorDash EVERY SINGLE TIME! They tell us they are sorry for the inconvenience and render refunds. Itās not fair. We pay money for this delivery service so we deserve to be satisfied at least 95% of the time. Itās Terrible! I purposely asked for management when I visited the location, just to avoid leaving this review. I was promised that they would be keeping an eye out from that moment on. They even took down the full names of my sister and I, only to screw up the order againā¦not even 3 days later, and itās even worse. SMH I will be contacting Stone Ovenās corporate office. Something needs to be done about this terrible service and negligence.

I usually order from the Northridge location and the service has always been great. However I placed an order for delivery and my sandwich had black guacamole. People do delivery because they can't sometimes leave work and need to eat. When I called they said sorry you will have to come in whenever you can. They should have sent me another one.

Stone Oven seemed to be one of the healthier options at the food court, so I gave it a try. I ordered a Black Forest ham sandwich with a side Caesar salad. The focaccia bread apparently is baked at the store, and tasted fresh and was soft. The ingredients are pre-sliced, and while nothing special, were also fresh and good. I requested to add a few veggies into my side Caesar salad, and the manager had no problem with the request, and didn't charge me extra. Overall, I would return here if in the mall and am hungry. The food is light, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is pleasant. Prices are moderate and the service is friendly.
Vegetarian options: You could do just fine with their salads, and I'm guessing you might even be able to get a veggie sandwich.

My wife loves Stone Oven so when we were inside Topanga Mall, she wanted to get her spicy chicken sandwich for dinner. We came around lunch time but they were not busy at all. We were able to place our order and then watch how they made it. They somehow give me a mall employee discount so that's always good. I watched how they made the bread and then put it in their oven. It took about maybe 5 or 10 minutes to make the sandwich because they were making other orders as well. The service was good until my food was ready. They called the number and then walked away, I wanted to ask for a bag but all the employees just ignored me until some girl saw I been standing there for a while. She asked what I wanted in a non friendly tone and I just said a to go bag. She handed it to me and give that look of annoyance so that was my only complaint here. My wife loved her sandwich and salad.

First off not one person speaks English, this is my 2nd time ordering here. They got my order wrong the first time and the second time on two different occasions. I ordered half salad half sandwich, she gives me a full salad no sandwich. I was super nice about it and ordered half a sandwich. Sandwich sucks! Salad sucks! It would help if at least one staff member spoke English. I could say something, Iām not going to even bother. $30 worth of food in the trash! This is ridiculous!
