I usually order drive-thru, so I can't comment on their atmosphere but the service could be better. There's a person (tall girl with dark hair) who has been working the drive-thru window for at least a few months now... she's just not nice. She never says hello or smiles, doesn't give you a receipt and just isn't a pleasant person. I'm giving 3/5 stars because of this and because the food is usually made correctly but there have been numerous times when they aren't able to make something. Ie: they are out of something or their fryer is down. They are also open during breakfast hours but don't serve breakfast.

They don’t pay attention to order changes. I placed a delivery order and they did not heed A SINGLE change. I got chips and cheese when I requested cinnamon twists. Chips were stale. I had modifications for the double stack taco…didn’t follow the modifications. Just gave me whatever they wanted to give me. AND my medium Dr. Pepper tasted horrible. :-{

This Taco Bell is absolutely disastrous. The customer service is a travesty and they consistently get the order very wrong. I asked the girl who was working at the drive through if she could assist me with the kiosk and she completely ignored my request. The manager is also very inconsiderate with no common sense. All of their employees need to be retrained because if you’re working in the store and the customer asks for help then you’re obligated to help them regardless if you’re by the drive through window or wherever your position is.

They couldn't break a 100 for us, and the lady at the cash register made it happen. That was nice.
