Very nice employee
Based on recent reviews, Carl's Jr. offers high quality food that is nice and fresh, with food being on point. Customers experienced exceptional customer service from employees who are really nice, helpful, and provide good vibes. One employee named Reynaldo provided excellent service, taking orders fast and giving a good amount of sauces. Another employee named Debra was a superstar who suggested something new to try. However, some locations have issues with soda machines being out of flavors like Coke and Cherry Coke, and sometimes stop serving items in the evening. Despite this, the overall experience is positive, with employees who own up to their high quality food.
