The deli has a 1990's atmosphere with leather booths, a daily special board, and tile bathrooms. The menu is vast, and customers can expect large portions at standard deli prices. The chopped liver on rye sandwich is a popular choice, served with heaps of chopped liver, red onion, and coleslaw. However, the coleslaw can be a bit too sweet for some. Service is prompt and polite, and the deli has a friendly vibe. Sadly, the restaurant permanently closed its doors on March 28, 2024, due to a significant drop in patronage after Covid and safety concerns in the Shoup/Sherman Way area. The deli will be missed by its many loyal customers, who have fond memories of visiting the establishment with family and friends.
