I bought two pepperoni twists, brought them home to realize they are at least a day old, were reheated and sold as fresh. There is also barely any cheese on them. Will never buy from this location. Shame on the employee for blatantly lying when asked if the pretzels are fresh.

Was standing in line, and the girl literally saw me shout across to tell the other stand, not working hard and ignoring the fact I was in line and then said ok im out. Like if I wasn't in front of her, waiting to me helped. She didn't even acknowledge me. Very unprofessional. Please Wetzel hire amicable, hard working workers.

Love the nostalgia of getting a pretzel in the mall. It was a regular thing I did in high school with my friends. I wanted a jalapeño pretzel so I waited for custom order. Didn't take long. Turned out very well. Lots of seating and people watching. Upscale atmosphere. Topanga Canyon is my favorite mall. The pretzel definitely satisfied my cravings. I love adding a sauce to dip. I used jalapeños cheese sauce.

This week I hit Wetzel's Pretzels 2 days in a row:) Lol. Hadn't eaten anything and I was craving one. They are always fresh with the perfect crispy crust on the outside and soft doughy texture on the inside. I like mine without salt and every now and then I like to dip it in a little brown spicy mustard! It's the New Yorker in me:) Perfect size for one but if you have your daughter with you, "she will beg for a piece. And you know, if she begs for 1 piece, she will want more... and then a drink to wash it down..." lolThey offer hot dogs rolled in a pretzel, pizza pretzels, jalapeño pretzels and cheesy pretzels. They have icees, lemonade, fountain drinks and water to help wash down your yummy soft pretzel. The employees are friendly and someone is in the background making the "pretzels." *Unfortunately, the price of one plain pretzel is almost $6 :( Crazy!

Came to Topanga mall Sunday afternoon. Was completely backed. We decided to stop at the food court to order some pretzels from Wetzel's Pretzel. The line was super long but moved quite quick. The cashier was friendly. We ordered a number #2 and #3 (see pics). As always, the pretzels were super fresh, warm and perfectly salted. The ratio of cheese sauce to pretzel is perfect. I just wish they had a smaller size. The order portion is huge and definitely shareable, but OMG I can't believe how expensive this place became. Almost $33. That's insane. Nevertheless, its fresh and good and lemonade is freshly squeezed.

Delicious bite sized cinnamon pretzels. Just the right amount of sweet. Shareable item! Wonderful service and perfect temperature. Refreshing slushie flavors available. Easy to find spot in the mall on the second floor next to the food court.

Employee was very nice. Food came out quick however I needed to remind her of my drink. Other than that flawless transaction. The cinnamon bites are sure tasty! Strawberry lemonade also is top notch! Enjoy!

Asked for glaze on two order of bitz and barely got any and they used a cheap paper bag so what little glaze they gave us soaked into the bag. Got 2 regular pretzels too, my family said they were undercooked. I usually go the one downstairs by Macy's, should have gone there instead. If I hadn't already left mall I would have gone back to get a new order or a refund.
