So happy to have an authentic Colombian street food spot here in SCV! The Mr. Bacano hot dog was delicious! We added the quail eggs on top and whoa! Super tasty - an explosion of flavors in your mouth. My daughter said it was the best hot dog she's ever had! We shared a Cholado for dessert, and it was super yummy! The staff is friendly and very welcoming + attentive. Will definitely be back :)
DISCLAIMER- Didn’t get to try their food, BUT my niece and I went in to ask for mayo because she had ceviche from next door and they didn’t have ceviche (which if you’ve never tried with ceviche YOU MUST) anyways the lady didn’t even hesitate! It was a type of alternative mayo but nonetheless she didn’t even hesitate to give us a bit for her to eat with her dinner. First time trying Mr. Bacano/Colombian Fast Food. It is nice to see Santa Clarita Valley has a diversify culture cuisine. I have never been to Columbia. So, I don't know what authentic Columbian cuisine. I ordered Encanto Burger and Sausage fries. The staff said it was authentic food. Both were good and tasty. It was pricey but it was a good amount of food. It was interesting trying this restaurant/cuisine. Please try this restaurant and enjoy the Colombian cuisine.
