Stopped in to meet up some friends. we had some appetizers and drinks. I ordered the appetizer shredded beef tacos and they were excellent.
Average food at best
We hadn't been there for awhile. Our meals were excellent tonight! In the past, it was not so good. We had Baramundi (sea bass?), braised short ribs, and Alfredo. All 3 were prepared very well, and tasted great. Nice server and clean restaurant. Rules have changed. Be sure to have your Canyon Lake ID with you. It's required now for dining.
Lighthouse Restaurant offers fabulous food and excellent service, complemented by an amazing view. The menu features dishes such as barramundi with 4 grain risotto, spaghetti and meatballs, and new additions like Vietnamese tacos. The restaurant has undergone a nice renovation, making it a great spot for community gatherings, especially on summer nights. The staff, led by General Manager Laura, provide exceptional service, with servers like Darren standing out. While the restaurant is still refining its service and timing, the overall experience is delightful, with guests feeling lucky to have such attentive service.
