So happy we decided to try CASA Birria! The super quesadilla was huge and delicious! the classic birria tacos were done perfectly. My son loved his kids tacos plate as well. we will definitely be returning!
We were excited to see a business open up inside of Grady’s! They haven’t been open long and we’ve been 3 times. It’s awesome! The secret sauce is great. Best veggie burrito I’ve had. The fish taco and shrimp taco was great too. And the chips are super fresh! Highly recommend.
The birria ramen was delicious. I didn’t even bother to sit down. Just out of the container at the kitchen counter. Yum!

CASA BIRRIA is a small restaurant inside a convenience store. The food is homemade with great attention to detail and is absolutely delicious. The birria is amazing, and the consome can be smothered on the tacos and burritos. The chorizo breakfast burrito is good, and the birria burrito is fantastic. The regular burrito is one of the best. The shrimp tacos are the best, and the fish tacos and guacamole are raved about. The quesadilla is a favorite, with a high quality tortilla. The chips are homemade and fried to perfection. Service is friendly and quick. There is very little seating, and some get take-out. The food counter is also a market, and there are a couple flavors of Marianne’s ice cream. It is the best Mexican food, even better than what has been eaten in Mexico.
