The food was okay and the service was a little slow. The sauces lacked flavor, the chicken and fries were okay, and the mac n cheese was too salty and not good. We waited for 5-10 minutes to get help at the to go counter. The atmosphere was okay, but nothing special. There were a lot of TVs in the bar area, but the space felt cramped in terms of seating and people.

I never write reviews for places but this chilis deserves one. I don’t come here too often but when i do come here my experience is a 10/10. Our waiter who has served us the last few times- his name is Sam, is truly an angel on earth. He is so kind, patient, and his customer service is among the best i’ve seen in any restaurant. He was so kind to my partner and I and he helped us so much by answering any questions we had and having just a super helpful and caring attitude....

Love the occasional trip to Chili's, but what really makes the experience is the server Sam. We have had him a few times and he is always very attentive, kind, and has great suggestions on things to order! Highly recommend
