Coconut Thai Cuisine is a great new addition to the Capitola food scene. There’s plenty of great options for delicious Thai food in the Santa Cruz area, but, newcomers, Coconut Thai Cuisine have established themselves as worthy competitors for the legacy of best Thai place in town. Large portions, delicious flavor, and reasonable prices. Strongly recommend giving it a try.

Coconut Thai in Capitola, Santa Cruz is a great local Thai restaurant. The food is amazing and sooo good, with flavors on point and better quality ingredients. Everything is fresh, bright, and well cooked. There are lots of vegetarian options. Specific meals include the khoa soy, pad see yew, yellow curry, calamari, Thai chow main, pineapple fried rice, chicken satay, branzino, tom yum, and pumpkin curry. The mango sticky rice is the best ever. Must try the Thai tea and iced tea. Service is excellent, very warm and welcoming, and the vibe is zen-like. Food comes out quickly. Highly recommended.
