Really tasty sandwich, the pork belly and lemon sauce were top notch.But the price is way too high for the amount of food you get.The sandwiches should be, maximum, $12-14, not $18 before tax and tip.

This place is SO GOOD! Surf Trip is my favorite, but Happy Cow and Tuna Melt are also great. Yes, it's a pricey sandwich - can't lie. A "special treat" kind of place for me. But let me tell you, I am VERY happy whenever I eat here. I live and work a few blocks up from the village, and I look forward to my treat days quite a bit! The people working there are super nice also. Patio is really cute (or just walk to the beach because why not).I guess they are closing soon??! :( But maybe doing something in a bigger space in the future? Hoping to see something close to Capitola/Soquel...

Absolutely not anywhere near the best sandwich I've ever had as advertised. Definitely the most expensive sandwich I've ever had. Got the BLT and it was lacking in the B. The sandwich wasn't wrapped when correctly with tape and so it nearly fell out of the wrapper when I was handed it. I will not be going to this place again. Blah!

This cute deli was a real find. The sandwich I ordered was made to my specific liking and was enough for 2 people. Friendly service and the best cookies I have ever tasted! A must visit place!

Amazing sandwiches! Great variety. Pair it with the Kale Cesar Salad! So delicious. The chef did his culinary graduate degree in Italy!! Delicious.. Also be sure to try his lemon cookies. Never tasted any dessert so well balanced.

Reef Dog Deli has been on my list to try for quite some time. The wait was over 30 minutes, which was understandable. The actual food was delicious, but a tad bit expensive. However, the 3 stars I gave it is due to our kids grilled cheese having plastic in it. It was melted onto the cheese and luckily wasn't choked on. Hopefully they will be more careful as this is a kids grilled cheese.

the only thing my friends and i crave after a surf session in capitola. the veg Happy Cow is delicious. every ingredient has so much thought put into it. their house hummus was amazing too!
This is my second visit and again, I just had THE most delicious craft Italian sandwich EVER! It was a special - The Calabrese on gluten free bread. Seriously people! Anthony the owner is sharing a lot of live through his amazing food! Great ambiance, great food, super friendly staff! I hope you get to experience this, too!

Great service. Great food. Just wish they had a pesto sauce without mayo. They might I think they were out at the time. But the sandwich was fire anyway.

Fantastic sandwiches, though on the pricier side. I had the Surf Trip, which was made with salmon that day - perfectly cooked, and I subbed sourdough bread for the ciabatta. Hubby had the smoked pastrami sandwich which was delicious (and I don't normally enjoy pastrami). Cute patio and friendly service. Would definitely return!

This was on my list of places to try while in Capitola & it did not disappoint. The vibe was super chill & tidy. There was an outdoor seating area perfect for a sunny day by the beach. This place is also definitely dog friendly. Everyone was super pleasant, the service was friendly & timely. I ordered the smoked turkey sandwich with pepper jack, mixed greens, pesto & tomato remoulade on sourdough which was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Everything paired together well. I love a satisfying sandwich especially when I don't have to make it! LOL! Treat yourself & enjoy the savory flavors from a local gem!
