Nice decor, good vibes, and aesthetically pleasing. The young lady behind the counter was polite & speedy about taking my order and making my drink. The boba was delicious, though the tea was too watery in my opinion.

The owner yelled at my 3-year old in a very loud voice and that's enough reason why I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.We were a group of 3 families. We walked into this cafe because one of the kids wanted to go to the restroom. The cafe was completely empty. One of the moms with her kid asked the owner if they could use the restroom. The owner said "the bathroom is for customers only". Although this rubbed us off the wrong way, we didn't say anything because this is a common policy. When she saw the kid going in, she said "keep it clean".Afterwards we all got froyos and were having a good time. My son started playing with one of the chairs and she started yelling at him in a very loud voice right as I was talking to him.As I was leaving, all I told her was that she didn't have to yell at my son. She turned it into a huge argument in front of the kids and asked me to leave.She's one rude woman with no sense of how to talk to kids or her customers. I would give this place 0 stars if I could.

SAVE YOUR MONEY super rude serivce i complimented the toppings for frozen yogurt and got a smurk and no response. The lady then charges me $10 for a small amount of frozen yogurt with some toppings which was wayyy to expensive for the quailty, all the toppings tasted fake and old. And the frozen yogurt tasted like ice. DONT BOTHER SPENDING MONEY HERE

Really bad lately. New people working there every time, sometimes talking to friends and sitting around behind the counter eating instead of helping customers. They frequently run out of boba, including both of the last two times we went there. The most recent time they didn't even say they were out until after they took the order and we sat there while they made drinks for people that ordered after us the finally told us there was no boba. Then we had to wait another 5 minutes while they took other orders before they could give us a refund. The guy working there did seem to be trying his best given the situation. I just don't understand how a boba tea shop isn't capable of knowing when to make more boba on at least 10 occasions.
best boba place i’ve ever tried!! the workers are so kind and accommodating and it’s always super clean. i love every flavor that i’ve tried, and the brownies are amazing and they’ll warm up any pastries! amazing service!

The two young ladies working there seem to have no idea what a job is. They ignore you when you enter, get your order wrong, give you the wrong change (shorting themselves by over 5 dollars), take your money and then proceed to slowly wash every dish , forgetting to even start your coffee order. Keep in mind this is when you are the only customer in the store. Save yourselves. If I were the owner I would want to know how rude and clueless the staff is.
