I asked for an iced shaken Venti espresso with a splash of heavy cream and received to what taste like iced heavy cream and there was no brownness on my cup.I should have known better because every time I grab a coffee from this location it’s not tasteful at all. They do look like professional baristas from a distance, but they have no clue what they are putting in the drinks.

After years and years of frequenting Starbucks essentially all around the United States, I've never had a bad experience with the staff. Well, until today. I was and am so pissed that I have a call to the district manager in the next couple of days. I was waiting in line with my baby and was the only person in line. I greeted the cash register girl and said I had a gift card that I was trying to load on my phone and it would take a second. I glanced up to see her giggling behind the counter, looking at me, looking away, looking at her co-worker, giggling back and forth. Yeah, when they looked at my baby, and turned to each other and giggled, that was it. Maybe they were laughing because of my technical difficulties or maybe it had nothing to do with me or maybe I am funny looking (though I would say I look pretty mainstream), but regardless of the reason, it was rude. It was unprofessional, and it ruined my experience as a paying customer. I wrote down both girls' names and exact time I was there and will be taking this to the district manager and direct manager of that location.

Great customer service here. They make the drinks fast and they are very nice. My day was not going well and stopped here after my Target run for a pick-me-up. The woman at the register was so nice and it really turned the day around for me. I got a chai latte. It was almost overly sweet. Either my sugar tolerance has fallen or they've changed their chai formula.

Coffee was super diluted and tasted like it was brewed in dirty water. The absolute worst cup of coffee I've ever had in my life. How do you mess up a cup of coffee? I wound up pouring it out and tossing the cup in the trash.Starbucks- send someone to get this shop together...

Oh man... I wish I didn't have to write this review. Came here this morning and service was super slow. I figured because the young guy with white hair was on his own he was just trying to make sure he got the order right. I waited patiently (about 5 mins with one person ahead of me) to let him do his thing. When it got round to ordering the fella was not a happy, smiley, good customer service type. Ok, whatever. Well... I asked for the oatmilk espresso drink as I'm EXTREMELY lactose intolerant, I even emphasized the oatmilk part. As it turns out he did not give me oatmilk but real milk!!! I have spent the whole afternoon being violently ill. This employee really is in the wrong job and quite frankly a liability. Please ensure your staff abide by allergy and health and safety protocols.

It's a Target Starbucks so how much can you really expect, but the drinks are pretty weak here. Scott's Valley sbux still the best sbux plus it's drive thru. Sometimes you can't go there and back, especially if your girl is itching to get her fix and wants to shop Target. It gets 2 stars for the convenience.

Service -0. I ordered white chocolate mocha today and they made it, gave it to me after I tried it was horrible cuz it looked like they just made hot milk. I didn’t taste any coffee or any syrup. So went there back to change it with new one and guess what?- they made new one but it was same shhhht. So this place doesn’t deserve 5 stars or recommendations.
