I asked for an iced shaken Venti espresso with a splash of heavy cream and received to what taste like iced heavy cream and there was no brownness on my cup.I should have known better because every time I grab a coffee from this location it’s not tasteful at all. They do look like professional baristas from a distance, but they have no clue what they are putting in the drinks.

After years and years of frequenting Starbucks essentially all around the United States, I've never had a bad experience with the staff. Well, until today. I was and am so pissed that I have a call to the district manager in the next couple of days. I was waiting in line with my baby and was the only person in line. Great customer service here. They make the drinks fast and they are very nice. My day was not going well and stopped here after my Target run for a pick-me-up. The woman at the register was so nice and it really turned the day around for me. I got a chai latte. It was almost overly sweet. Either my sugar tolerance has fallen or they've changed their chai formula.
