Waitress was really nice, food was hot and delish.
Went here last week after work, and sat at the bar. Bartender was a charismatic young man with an empathetic presence. He comforted my friend who was grieving his recently passed mother. I ordered fries and they were decent. Definitely hot. Thanks Chili's in Capitola, I'm sure I'll be back.
Had the best server ever thank you Sam

Chili's Grill & Bar offers fresh, made-to-order food at reasonable prices. The service is often fast and friendly, with helpful and attentive waiters. The restaurant is popular and tends to be busy, especially on weekends, but still provides a pleasant dining experience. Seating is quick, and there is plenty of parking available. It is a good place to catch a game or bring the kids, with a pet-friendly atmosphere. Guests can enjoy menu items like chicken wings with Hot Habanero sauce in a lively setting that is not overcrowded.
The restaurant's food and atmosphere have received mixed reviews. Some customers found the sauces lacking in flavor, while others praised the delicious food, especially the chicken and fries. The mac and cheese, however, was reported to be too salty. The service has also been a topic of discussion, with some customers experiencing slow service, while others had exceptional experiences with the attentive and kind server Sam. The atmosphere is described as okay, with a lot of TVs in the bar area, but the seating area can feel cramped at times.
Overall, Chili's remains a favorite for good burgers and quick, satisfying meals, with the exceptional service provided by staff like Sam being a highlight for many customers.
