I'm happy Wingstop is in Capitola now. Honestly the quality is hit or miss, but when it hits... it hits. The 4 stars are really based off when they're good. Service is okay - some employees are friendlier than others but I'm not gonna drag them on that. Order pickup instead of delivery - there's nothing worst than waiting 40 min for your delivery just for it to be wrong.

I had placed a order on the website and I thought it was for delivery but it was not it was pick up only, so I called in and they were able to hooked it up for by remaking it for later.

This place is very unprofessional. a man named alexander who works there was very rude and disrespectful and has absolutely so manners he was screaming very rudely and caused alot of stress and overwhelming emotions and im very upset that this is the kind of people they have working here!! non acceptable behavior and the environment they have set there. i am utterly disappointed that my friend had to experience this awful experience. i will not be coming back here and never buying from this place again!! and last time i came these people got my order wrong and i felt very sick to my stomach!! and the staff crew handled it very poorly. dont come here find a better place to eat very recommend you eat some place else.!!

Worst service ever This place is run by morons Placed my order and tried to pay with cash The idiot behind the counter tried to make change for 5 minutes only to realize that he didn't have enough money in his safe to hand me back about $2.50 He then told the cook to cancel my order Wouldn't have been so angry if he would have asked me if I could pay w/a credit card which I would have gladly done but all this jerk said to me was "I don't have time for this" ps It was about 12:00 noon What sort of idiots do not have enough cash in their registers at the noon day rush to dispense change then act like its the customers fault for paying w/cash

Came to this new wingstop location, and had some of the best wings ive had in a while. I decided to get the new and returning Hot Honey flavored classic wings, and thy were verry good! The service over all was amazing, the workers all greated me and were very polite towards everyone. Will for sure be coming back.

My daughter loves Wingstop, and I don't think the $18 combos are that great of a value. The one time I did try them, wings were dry leading me to think they're fried from frozen. But that aside, the service is a joke. They must share the same staff from their neighbors Dominos. The last three times I've ordered, order sat for 10 or more minutes. Twice the bagged order sat as I pointed out that it might be mine, and minutes later, yep. My order after all. App said order was ready, it wasn't and another 15 minutes later, they informed us that actually it was done, 15 minutes earlier. I'm growing tired of the , "My bad bro". Done with them.

Worst wingstop i have ever been to in my entire life. Honestly it's really embarrassing for the coompany in general. Clearly, they do not care about making money whatsoever. I came in here about a month ago, but was turned away during THE LUNCH RUSH (around noon) because they were cleaning their fryers. Talk about common sense. Today I came in again, but was ONCE AGAIN denied being served because they were "taking online orders only." Very convenient. I couldn't hold back my laughter. All the workers i have seen are only on their phone, and just to place an order takes forever. I think i've only successfully gotten one meal from this place and the wait was over an hour. Completely ridiculous and embarrassing. The restaurant is dirty and trash everywhere. The tables and floors are always sticky and filthy and it the bathrooms are a nightmare. The workers seem to not care about their responsibilities whatsoever and the customer service is appalling. This place has only been open for a couple months but should be shut down immediately as to not inconvenience anyone more than it already has.

My order took about 20 minutes longer than the expected time, which is fine considering it's Friday and its busy. However when I got home to look at my order I saw that the employees did not sauce the wings properly, they are dry and look just awful. I used to manage a wing stop so im aware of the standards and expectations the franchise has when preparing orders for guests. Nobody is answering the phone and I have been trying to call for the last 20 minutes, these wings are inedible and not at all what I asked for so since nobody is getting back to me, I'm going to go ahead and file a chargeback with my card issuer and reach out to the corporate offices. I already let my friends and others know to stay away from this location so nobody else has to deal with this headache.
