Our wait was extremely long. Took maybe 45 min or more to get our food. Food was decent but not what you expect even for a “resort restaurant.” Ambience was great for kids, since it was loud. Mediocre really, we just had to find last minute reservations.
Great food but the service is awful. Always slow, always something wrong, couldn't find hostess for over 10 min. Such a shame When we finally found her, we were seated but she failed to check me in on open table. It's one thing to not do your job right, but not checking me in is just messed up on another level.
This is our second visit and both times the servers have been great and attentive. Food is great and they have a kids menu.
