I am obsessed with pumpkin curry so I have been to 4 Thai restaurants in the area to try my favorite dish. This one fell flat. The sauce was really good, but not my favorite. The pumpkin and squash were overcooked. The service was great though. Maybe it was just this dish. I would not discourage anyone from going as there were lots of other guests happily eating while chatting with their families.
Carmel Valley is tucked away in the forests and mountains, and this little restaurant is would have been hidden away from me, if I didn't intend to go check out the historical society nearby. But MY GOODNESS, am I glad I visited this place! I may not know what authentic Thai food tastes like, but I AM an expert in what I like! The Soup Noodles were GREAT! The Meat they put in here was packed! Plus, the ratio of soup and noodles, were right for me! The noodles were soft,...
Staying in Carmel for the Car Week from Scotland. What a gem of a place needs more customers. The food was spectacular and the staff are just SO nice. Wine delicious and NOT expensive.
