Whichever guy was working 9/21 at the Manzanita location locked the doors 15 minutes BEFORE closing. It’s an ICE CREAM SHOP how hard is it to scoop a cup of ice cream. Meanwhile the employee was sitting on the couch inside on his phone. They should not be closing early- LAZINESS!! you just lost a paying customer due to the laziness of your employee. Hope you reconsider him. It’s scooping ice cream for crying out loud.

horrible service I stopped in with my two boys after a soccer game to get them a scoop of ice cream couldn't get a sample scoop then they said there wasn't enough wild and reckless for a scoop I asked if they had some in the back they said yes and still wouldn't get it I just walked out. The energy they gave off I didn't even want ice cream from them I took my boys to the store. the sad part is we come all the time and never get treated like this 9/9/23 2:45ish

They closed at 10:00 pm and I went at 8:55 to pick up my mother's birthday cake that was already payed for they had the door locked and said they were closed when their website and window said they were open until 10:00pm they argued that we couldn't go In because they were closed. Our pick up time for the cake was 8:00pm and they said they closed at 4:00pm. I will not be returning to this location and 100% do NOT recommend to others.

Will not be going back to this location again. They are always out of flavors that are advertised on their location website. Today was the last straw. I don't understand how you close everything down 30 minutes before your store actually closes. The sign on the door says closes at 9. Went in at 8:30 and all the ice cream was covered and was told by both workers that they were closing and the only thing available is to purchase the pre-packed quarts. If you say you close at a certain time, you are suppose to serve your customers until said time is up and then you clean your store. I will find another ice cream place.

The young man who waited on us was rude, unfriendly and didn't really care about the job as evidenced by the way he interacted with us and prepared our order. He slapped my scoops of ice cream, which were close to melted, in the cup and my husband's hot fudge sundae was the worst he has ever had.
Got here at 8:50 and it was closed. Supposed to close at 9 pm. Another car pulled up and drove away too. Feel sorry for the owner that the employees don't seem to care about the business.

My time is valuable also..which is something that these employees (owners?) apparently do not care about. One female employee continued to do cone prep while several of us waited in line..told us she wanted to get ahead of the rush that was expected to be coming..One of the customers behind me ended up leaving due to the long wait. Once it was my turn to order, the male employee (only one serving customers) looked at me and said he needed me to wait while he cleaned up a mess in the store. I just left. Poor customer service

Disappointed! Baskin Robbins is not cheap. Tonight's treat has vanilla taste at all. The cookies taste old. Crunchy ice chips. B.r. please take better pride in what you serve. I should have ordered Coldstone.
