My time is valuable also..which is something that these employees (owners?) apparently do not care about. One female employee continued to do cone prep while several of us waited in line..told us she wanted to get ahead of the rush that was expected to be coming..One of the customers behind me ended up leaving due to the long wait. Once it was my turn to order, the male employee (only one serving customers) looked at me and said he needed me to wait while he cleaned up a mess...read full review

I've reviewed this place before. Not much to update. The customer service is great and the ice cream is very consistently good but I typically just order a shop of ice cream each so I don't have much to report on how the specialty items are at this location.

It's very hit or miss here. Depends on the day and whose working. Today they seemed to be incompetent and don't file directions after you AGREED to what I asked for. They have been shorting folks in the amount you receive versus what you are paying for. The same thing happened to me at the Greenback location as well and I walked out of that establishment only to receive the same thing. I just said forget it since they took my money already.
