Western Bacon Cheese Burger and Famous Star with cheese. The burgers had absolutely no flavor. They had that washed out color (no char marks) no flavor. Yeah COOKED way to far in advance and set aside (side or in water) making crap too far in advance has lost you customers. Quick isn't always best. If I could go lower than one star on food I would.

Went in on Halloween to order some food for my family. It was a pretty bug order. I told the cashier that I wanted a double famous star combo, but he only charged me for the burger which is fine. When I got home though, they did not give me one of the burgers I ordered. I went back to the store. The drive thru person told me that I needed to show him the bag of of food. I left the bag of food at home. Didn't think I needed to bring it back. Drive thru guy told me he can't give the burger unless I had the bag of food. I was beyond pissed. I asked to talk to a manger and he said there is no manager. I was furious! I had to buy a new burger because the missing burger was for my pregnant sister. The drive thru guy ended charging me for the wrong burger. This place should be avoided. If you go there, make sure you get ALL your food because they will not replace it. I will be filing a complaint because the way they treated me and basically called me a liar is unacceptable.

I think it's horrible that the new standard is cold stale fries and wet sourdough buns for the Chicken Sandwich. And cold burgers for thirty two dollars and a long wait with A.I. taking our orders.You would think there would be time for some form of quality. I usually don't say anything if I feel Ive been wronged and maybe that's the problem.

Went thru the drive thru. AI cashier finally got our order right. It was just fries. The person cashier was still apprehensive when we approached and doubled checked our order. We don't blame her, that computer thing is still learning. Order was out quick.

I waited 25 minutes for my order, even though it was just the simplest burger and fries. People who came after me and ordered at the counter received their food within 5 minutes, ate it, left, and I was still waiting for mine.

The manager, Alex, she is amazing. She always treats everybody with respect she always Greets iwith a smile. She needs to be in Corporate somewhere within your company. She is one valuable lady. I only come to this location because of her and I’m sad when she’s not there to greet me. Although other employees are awesome as well, she is on the top of my list.
