Pizza had cross contamination of pork. When tried to return, we were told they were not responsible. Refused to refund money or make a new pizza. Were asked to leave and they called security who threatened arrest and hand cuffs. We've spent a lot of money there and will not go back. Horrible attitude and customer service. If a person does not eat pork why would you put pork on a veggie pizza?! Also mac and cheese was only 1/3 to half full. Definitely not worth the price paid. Very disappointed.
I ordered a cheese pizza with spinach and olives , I found bacon on top , so please people with allergies and religious purposes don’t order from dominos pizza , I took back the pizza and I asked for an other pizza, or give me a refund but the lady who is the manager there she refused and she asked me to leave and she called security on me . Please stay away from that place.
I checked into the app, and the pizza said it was done at 7:20 pm. I called 10 minutes later and let the lady know I was there. She said she would bring the pizza out. I waited another 15 minutes and went inside. When the lady finally got to me, there was no greeting. She just asked me my name for the order. She practically threw my pizzas at me and moved on to the next customer. I asked for her managers name, and she said she was the manager. I let her know that we were waiting for a while outside. She said that we had to check in. I told her we did. I asked for the manager, and she said she was the manager. I let her know that as a manager myself, her customer service was really horrible, and she could have at least apologized for the wait. She rolled her eyes, so I asked for the person above her information, which she said she couldn't give out. She said I could call corporate and get the information online. Her name was Hanna, and the other girls name, I believe, was Nay (it was hard to understand her with the mask on).
i just wanted to give a shoutout to whoever made my pizza on 5/15/25 around 4:50. I ordered 3 large pizzas and they were great. You need to be recognized! God Bless

Just ordered medium New York style pepperoni and jalapeño pizza, a regular pizza order for me at Domino's. This was the WORST pizza ever delivered to my door. A dry, over-baked, cold pizza - what is NOT to like?! Pull last night's pizza from the 'frig and that is gourmet compared to this pizza-cardboard. Will I ever order from Domino's in the future?
I love the food and all but the last 3 times I’ve ordered on my lunch break they always forget to finalize my order or something of that happens and by the time I can get my food my lunch is long over. I hate leaving bad reviews but this just keeps happening and I gave the benefit of the doubt that things happen the first 2 times but now it’s ridiculous that I can’t ever eat my lunch until after work due to the employee messing up. And nothing gets compensated I’m just told I have to wait longer each time.
The Philly pizza, handmade crust, extra garlic sauce, cheddar blend...omg, amazing!
Spent $115 on two large pizzas, wings, a salad and some brownies. Teenage granddaughter seemed to like it.
My go to store. Never had an issues.
I like the food usually but this time the sauce was bitter and somehow my bread bites were cold. this was hopefully an isolated incident. Maybe it's because it was around 4 or 5 usually if I buy it's during my lunch around 1045 or so. If that's the case my tip is: BUY EARLY!

Customer service getting worse
Horrible customer service, could’ve cared less that, though it says a 30 minute delivery window via the app, they didn’t even start making the pizza until an hour later…worst is the attitude of the person in the phone. Won’t return to this dominos
Deceitful manager Lana
Cheated, horrible manager Lana. After paying for my order at their restaurant, I was told that the payment had failed and I had to pay again. As a result, I was charged twice as much money as I needed. I went back to them and their manager Lana said it was a mistake and the money would be refunded to me, but in the end the money was not refunded. They will try to cheat you out of your money
First time at Dominos, they messed up my order and does not apologize and another male comes on and retakes my order, corrects the mistakes, however still does not apologize for it. Seriously, not a good customer service. I guess I won't be returning her next time.
