Waited 10 minutes in drive thru line before anyone talked to me, order was not modified as requested in the app (which I ordered right before getting into line), food was bone dry and super cold to a point where the cheese never melted and on top of that the staff was rude. This is consistently the worst McDonald’s location in this area. Totally inexcusable. Go anywhere else. Burger King down the street at least has friendly staff and they do their best to get your order right. My order from 10 minutes before I get my food SHOULD NOT LOOK, FEEL AND TASTE LIKE IT HAS BEEN SITTING ON A COLD COUNTER FOR AN HOUR. And before the owner replies, the only way David the supposed GM can help is to refund my entire order.

Why is it that I try to go in and get an ice cream, It's always down? also they took away all their specials unless you have the app and you have to have the mcdonald's app to get any of the specials at this location only.
Total fail! I ordered a happy meal,40 piece nugget a burger some fries on the mobile app for delivery and they didn’t give me the happy meal!!also didn’t get any dipping sauce that I chose. I got 40 nuggets and no Sauce! Completely failed order. It’s right there on the receipt that’s taped to the bag and how much do they want to get paid to not be able to put in the bag what’s listed right in front of them. Really!!!

Dirty smells sour rude did not want to help me as a disabled persons. When you have a sign that says you would help a disabled person Zoe is not nice and needs to be fired before I sue you. I hope when she is disabled she is treated the same way she’s treated me. This is not ok when this was all happening. There was a black gentleman from the back that was working at the hamburgers that told me I needed to go home and that they need to get this white lady out of here so Zoe then told me that I was too old to be arguing with anyone and all this because I said I needed help. I called corporate told them all of this I also told them I threw some lids on the ground for motivation to clean the disgusting no ice soda machines. I want a refund for the food I never touched. Then I have no problem coming back to this McDonald’s that is the great thing about you there are multiples of you everywhere. SAD it came to this but as much as we pay to frequent your establishment be thankful I have worked on myself that the lids were all that hit the ground.I ALSO HAVE PICTURES OF YOUR DISGUSTING RESTAURANT TO BACK MY CLAIM. But there to busy to clean imo not for 20$ an hour. We pay your salary with our purchases.

EMPLOYEE ZOEY was rude and gave racist vibes.I’m black.Don’t come inside , she had me waiting 8-9 mins for one sweet tea and constantly ignored all brown skin customers that came in. I don’t think a person like this should be allowed working here

A big plus is there is a playroom, children run around and play. A separate room with a games room, and a separate room without a games room. A big plus is that mom can relax and drink coffee while the children spend all their energy. I am happy, since there are few places where you can drink coffee and the children and parents are happy. There are many children who speak Russian, our children had someone to play with.Parking: There is plenty of parking space
