Disappointed there weren’t any changing tables in the bathrooms...isn’t it state law in California actually is Assembly Bill 1127 to have a changing table in at least one of the restrooms...very unprofessional and the employees didn’t seem to care...should of just changed my daughter on a table in the dining area and see what they would say
I went through drive thru & my order was 100% accurate. This is a great location for getting just what you want, served by a friendly staff. This is now in my list of top fast food locations. I had drive thru today.
Paid extra for cheese on my chicken sandwich but didnt have any on it, and one tasted like it was old and stale, the place was hot as hell too. Wasn't the best experience 😕

McDonald's Carmichael is considered one of the best in Sacramento county, offering a senior coffee discount and a play area for children. The play area includes a games room and a separate area without games, allowing parents to relax and enjoy their coffee. The restaurant is popular among Russian-speaking families. Parking is ample. The staff are friendly and helpful, providing excellent service even close to closing time.
The service is generally good, with a welcoming and kind staff. However, some customers have reported issues with the quality of the food, particularly the fries being cold and unappetizing. The drive-thru experience is described as easy and relaxing, but the kiosks can be slow and frustrating for some. The parking and traffic flow could also be improved, and the playground area has been reported as closed for events, disappointing families with children.
