“I go here about once every two weeks . I love the food or just for the shake with the boba . I recommend this restaurant to neighbors who live in the neighborhood and bring people from out of the state when visiting . The atmosphere and cleanliness is impeccable . The receptionist / waitress has got to be the most unfriendliness person I have ever met in my 84 yrs of life . It is impossible to even get a friendly smile let alone words or a “thank You” . It is a big turn off. I have neighbors who will not go there because of her. It is hard to ignore .“

“I ordered the chicken pho at Lasam Pho in Citrus Heights and it was absolutely outstanding. I’m used to getting overcooked, dry chicken at most places, but theirs was the complete opposite, tender, juicy, and full of flavor. It paired perfectly with their richly seasoned broth, which really brought the whole dish together. You can tell they put care into the quality of their ingredients. Definitely one of the best chicken pho experiences I’ve had.“

“Amazing pho and I appreciate that they take a student discount for Sacramento State students. My friend and I used to go to other pho places that would be very busy and would forget requests that we would have, but this location would be very attentive and remember if we had asked for more water, limes, etc. I love the calm vibe and it is so relaxing after a long day at work.“

“Came into this place on a whim but glad I did, because not only was the food great (and the prices were affordable) but it is family owned, for 35 years and it felt like stopping in to see an old friend-the server (owners son) was so delightfully fun to chat with and patiently helped me make the right choice as to what to try (I got the Com Chien/fried rice). Can't wait to go back and try the Cha Ca La Vong, and Bun Cha Dong Xuan which is their most popular dish. Also, ask about the Stockton Blvd. Passport that gets you 10% off. “Pho City is hands down the best Vietnamese Pho sopt in the greater Sacramento area. It's not just a cool restaurant to dine in, it's great if you want to take away your food as well. The beef pho is the best dish in my opinion, but the chicken soup/pho is just as good. The egg rolls are exceptional. This place came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I recommend to you figure out there. One minor knock is that it is the most excitement pho in Sacramento. But, it's worth every cent.“

“The pho is delicious as well as the Chinese chicken salads. Prices and service are fair I'd say. I just wish the spring rolls had a little more flavor. Some mint or cilantro or basil in them something. If requested they will add some to the spring rolls.“
