It's always a great meal at IHOP! There was no wait. Poor wait staff was by himself but he did an excellent job getting everyone their orders and he was very polite.

Great consistent food , you know exactly what you are getting, it gets super busy on the weekends.
My wife, my three kids and I had breakfast here because it’s easy and we know IHOP. It was not very busy but service was really slow. The food was ok, not the best IHOP that I have had but not the worst either. The server was polite but we only saw her twice when she took our order and brought our drinks and food. That was it. It was $85 for five breakfasts and beverages. We sat for a while after eating waiting for the check. A server walked by and we asked him. It happened to be the manager he apologized for the wait and then went and very loudly reprimanded the server. He then brought the check to us and was visibly annoyed that I had my card ready for him to take. He explained to me that it wasn’t his job to take my payment and I explained to him I would not be waiting any longer. He then proceeded to again go yell at the server before cashing us out. As we were leaving, he began yelling at the server again. He could still be there. Won’t be going back.

Honeslty the best service my family and I have ever received. Despite being really busy the manager was friendly and fun making conversation and joking with tables and entertaining kids. The food was all great (it's an IHOP) and better than expected. Go niners.

Visiting from the UK and had heard so many good things about IHOP, so was looking forward to some amazing eats. After being temporarily bewildered by the menu I settled for the 2 x 2 x 2 and a coffee. It was pleasant enough but nothing to write home about.The staff were a bit ... blunt? Definitely needed a feminine touch to the restaurant.

We traveled from Seattle and needed a fast meal. The food was made immediately and it was hot. I ordered a Colorado Omelette. My Dad had sausage, bacon and waffles. We drank the Blueberry Lemonade (made with whole blueberries). It was scrumptious! I like good service, good food and an awesome vibe. The host and waitress were hilarious! Laughing is healing!

Our waiter Leo was great, however the cook decided that we should eat RAW burgers when I specifically asked for WELL DONE, Leo explained to the cook when he returned our burgers and the cook sent back the same burgers just heated up . I've eaten here before and this is by far the worse experience ever.
