Basically isn't the place to go for food. Just draft beer. Food is bad but I don't think they care as it's been years no major change.

Came to watch Rockets Vs OKC semifinal cup game and they said they guaranteed me they didnt have the channel ( granted it was a local channel) so I decide to order take out instead. As I’m being told that my order is almost out and ready, they put the game on… I tell them if I can switch to dine in and they said it’s okay. They sit us down and the“waitress” hands us menus and leaves. Doesn’t even bother to ask us if we wanted drinks or wanted to order more from the menu. She comes back 15 minutes later and tells us we weren’t suppose to be dining in and they this was an exception and then leaves lol. This place is a joke. From top to bottom.

On a Tuesday, waited at least 15 minutes for someone to help us at take out, and additional 10 minutes because we were missing items. This place sucks when it comes to service !

Me and my family waited 20 minutes to get seated. I understand they were short staffed once we were seated. We waited for 20 minutes. No one acknowledged us did not even offer us water so we got up and left.

They lag it to bring ur Order, They give you no sauce and you ask multiple times and they just pass by you.
The truth is bad experience, the carpet has a bad smell of pee and they served me in a dirty glass

I couldn’t wait to get home to write this, I’m still sitting here and I can’t believe how poor this location is. All I can do is I truly recommend to read the reviews!! I’m extremely disappointed in this Buffalo Wild Wings. The only thing currently available is wings and fries 💀

I've never been asked for my debit card before I dine in any restaurant.Its an assurance to make sure people don't walk out on the bill. My issue is it's an pick and choose thing.I guess me and my son on my Birthday on Halloween looked suspected. Being this location is in carson the boogie ninjas city has left a bad Impression on me and i will never go back. Service was terrible..The bathroom was horrific loud ass music to the point you can't hear the damn servers. One employee told me he wouldn't have asked me for an card before I dine in because it's makes one feel discriminated against. The Hispanic lady sure didn't ask for the man card seated next to us and that's real talk. Shame on this place .

If I could give this place zero stars I would but for only one reason……the dj playing music during the World Series. He doesn’t stop the music in time therefore can’t hear commentary. During actual game play he is playing stadium sounds which NO ONE in the restaurant is chanting to. Me and my friends come to this specific location because you are able to listen to the game. This dj has ruined the experience for two nights in a row. Who ever made the suggestion to have a dj please reconsider.

Food is usually fine. But omg! The service is beyond terrible! I don't understand how a place is open but there is never a host to seat you nor at the take out section. Why have the section if not ever staffed? The staff goes out their way to ignore you and not make eye contact. Instead of helping customers waiting rhey will blatantly congregate and have conversations without acknowledging the waiting customers. I literally just watched the people in front of me leave and I doubt the staff even noticed, better for them, I assume, to just let money walk out the door.
