Jacob was amazing. !!!!! I came in around 9:45 PM December 16th just a little bit before closing And he was so welcoming I had such a terrible day and he put a smile on my face so big and I forgot all about my problems 10 out of 10 customer service!!!! I haven’t had great customer service like that In such a long time. I will most definitely come back and visit him if I’m in the area great job Jacob.!!!!! Absolutely the worse dining experience. A poorly executed copy of Chipotle but with Mediterranean food. The chicken was so bad it honestly could have been canned tuna. The taste, consistency, mouth feel drowning in their sauce could have been chicken of the sea rather than poultry. Regretted trying some place new because we were so so hungry. Diners beware!!!

So I deleted my previous review which was negative but because of Thomas me and my bf really enjoyed his customer service and welcoming energy! We decided to eat at the location which we didn't do before because of the energy from some of the other workers. Thank you Thomas for a great experience!! We'll be back!

Honestly, gross. I waited over 30+ minutes for fresh braised lamb. I saw it was being cooked in the stove in a pot. While waiting i saw one of the cooks pour chicken is beef broth in the pot and that was my clear indicator that it wasn’t going to be done any time soon. I even asked again did clarification, hoping for honesty. But of course the staff still lied. 6-8 mins later they’re serving me these buff dry pieces of meat that definitely wasn’t “braised” it was gross…. I don’t understand the Cava hype. 0/10
