I order online and I got a cobb salad with extra chicken and cheese and a extra egg. I went thru the drive thru and I made sure that there was extra stuff in there and when I got home I was disappointed to see that what I paid for wasn't there. I called multiple times to the restaurant but it lead you to a corporate number eastern standard time. So I'm writing this to give my review I'm not happy with it.
Ok so I was able to get thru to talk to someone and I spoke to Greg and he put my order in again I'm on the way to pick it up
830pm pick up my order and spoke with a red jacket guy name Julian when I gave my he knew who I was from pervious call talking to Greg and he took care of me. I am excited to know that chick fil A will fix a issue if it come up again thank you Greg and julian

The service has declined over the past few months. They do NOT look at how many sauces you added nor the utensils for curbside pickup. Also, I waited about 5 minutes for curbside until I went inside and grabbed my food where they also had me waiting 3 more minutes in handing it to me. The food quality has also declined, but not as much as the service.

Warning do not come to this one especially when they are about to close in 30 minutes. They will not make your food like they would in the day time. They gave me partial refund and I barely took a bite because I was grossed out by the old bun that nearly disintegrated when I picked it up and whilted lettuce that was on life support. Should of been a full refund because I had to drive back. Very disappointed at this location. Don't make a chicken club you wouldn't eat and expect the customer to eat. I will no longer come to this location.

Went in today with my family to eat and DYLAN the cashier was very unhelpful we placing our order and he was rushing and later before leaving I went to order a frost coffee and TINA was making my drink and I waiting but she said I bring out later and left my drink sitting there. I don’t understand why were they being like that.

The staff was young and back there high fiveing each other and working very well with each other. I wanted to jump back there and high five with em. Excellent customer service and the place was very clean. The chicken nuggets and strips were too salty tho. Maybe easing up on the salt a bit so we can taste the chicken. Over all good experience
