Bad experience at In-N-Out Burger. The cashier, Lucie, had a noticeably negative attitude toward me, but not toward everyone. I simply asked, “Did you say fries? I’m not there yet,” and her response felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I left feeling singled out and discriminated against.

I think they actively hated me cuz I asked for a #2 lettuce and onion only with a large drink with light ice and they gave me a burger with onion no lettuce and a large drink with extra ice. What the hell. The extra ice is SO Petty

This In-N-Out location is one of my favorites. It’s usually less crowded, the food tastes even better than at other locations, and you don’t have to wait long in line. Fast service, fresh burgers, and a relaxed atmosphere definitely a great spot.

A visit to the U.S. doesn’t feel complete without stopping by In-N-Out. Beyond the classic Double-Double, you can order additional patties. This time we went with four. The burgers come with generous sauce, and the place is very clean. The staff even clear tables promptly. Overall, it was a good experience. Even at midnight, the drive-thru line was still quite long.

I would avoid the drive thru from now on. Normally I don't have the time to leave reviews but now I have the time just waiting in line so might as well. Line is always long and it takes forever.

I’m a regular at this in n out and I have to say the cashier Eric who had helped me did a great job. I’m an older guy and I’ve been to plenty of places and good service really stands out. He was respectful patient and got my order right without having to rush me. It’s good to see young workers who actually care about treating customers well. Definitely appreciate his attitude and smile.
