“Went through the drive-thru today, expecting an average interaction at the drive-thru. The person working the window was very pleasant and helpful and gave recommendations on the sauces. Once I got home with the food. We were actually surprised that the sourdough jacks weren’t the usual soggy sandwiches but were actually put together well and had a nice toasted butter flavor to the bread. The tacos also seemed to have fresh lettuce! We were VERY surprised with the quality of this order. This Jack In the Box impressed my family!!“
“I've been here twice now after 9pm and have found the ever elusive Oreo shake....shhh let's not scare it folks, wouldn't want it to disappear like they do 9 out of 10 locations after 9pm. Besides that I've only had a few orders of tacos from here and they were good. The Hispanic lady at the drive-through window is nice, polite, and muy hermoso . Tal vez la próxima vez captaré su nombre. I'll be back

“Yo this jack in the box was actually legit good (minus the heartburn I got). But like I walk in and I expected your average jack in the box service and meal. My usual is the home style Chicken Bacon ranch sandwich thing so I went for that today. My expectations were low from other locations so I figured I’d get the same quality. But I was mistaken! The sandwich actually had lettuce and tomatoes! Other locations usually add the two smallest thinnest leaves of lettuce and tomato followed by very little amount of ranch. But this location got my sandwich loaded with lettuce and two hearty slices of tomato. It’s looks just as it’s advertised. Would definitely go back there again if I am ever in Carson. The fries did taste like they were cooked in old oil as well as the chicken having a darker color on the outside. But still overall good.
Edit: forgot to mention the restroom. Now that restroom was disgusting. There was caked caca on the toilet seat, stains on the bowl and it smelled.“
“Ordered to dine in after work. Everything I ordered was made fresh. They offer the full digital menus here. Like a $6 meal. And 2 for $5 jumbo Jack's.
Bathrooms are locked. You will need to ask the cashier to open it for you. It's an all gender bathroom. The benefits of this fast food are right next to the 91 east freeway to jump back on.“
“Went through the drive thru, and my total was $11.54. I didn't want any ones back, so I handed the cashier $21.60, and I got $9.06. When the cashier came back, I questioned my change. He stated my change was correct, told him to try again, and I should have gotten $10.06. He looked confused and then reluctantly handed me one more dollar bill.All this technology and food works want more money per hour and yet can't provide the right change. ??♂️“
“Awesome service. The workers here are super polite and efficient. Had my order ready within 5mins. I decided to dine in, and enjoyed a peaceful meal. Not noisy, tables were spotless, and bathroom was super clean too and didnt smell weird like many other fast food bathrooms usually do. Def gonna make this my "go to" location from now on.“
