“Just recently the shrinkflation has hit Jack in the Box. As of 2/15/25 the old small is the new medium drink and large drinks went from 40oz to 32 oz. I order the same meal every two weeks and now it is 5 dollars more with a smaller drink. The app has also reduced the offerings for rewards points.
Just disappointed to see this change as these restaurants pay pennies on the dollar for soda.“

“Stopped in for the Jibbi.
It had been a while since I had fast food and been craving the world famous tacos so I ordered the munchie meal which includes two tacos and got a Jibbi. The hack is if you put it on ebay the meal pays for itself or you can just horde them all and add them to the kids inheritance.“

“Been here countless times. A little dingey, a few bums/homeless hang out here alot. But the staff is friendly, courteous, and never have any of my orders been shorted or mixed up. That's at any hour (24hrs). Once I've had to substitute my curly fries for tacos or egg rolls, it was a win-win. All of them are highly motivated and genuinely care about the service they provide. Tip: order online you can get good specials online ordering here, download the app fools! Keep up the good work staff, this has made me hungry, later!“

“Customer service is cool, I come in here all the time I recomend downloading the jack in the box app and getting some deals, and even fast service. I got my order within 10 minutes and it was a lot of food, so I recomend the jack wrap and maybe even the jalapeño poppers“

“Our first time at a Jack in the Box. It was quirky but good. The employees were friendly but the drive-thru was slow. This location seemed to be in a 'questionable' area....including a person hanging around near the drive-thru ordering board that wasn't an employee.“
“This Jack in the box is in Long Beach California and I havent been in a Jack in the box in a decade. I ordered the number 5 which is a bacon double cheese burger with cheese, fries and a diet coke. The price was $16. it was a very cheap combo. Excellent for the price.“

“This is my favorite fast food burger chain in the area! The combination of being able to order ahead for pickup inside or at the drive thru, great menu selection, deals, and the fast service and helpful staff at this location can’t be beat.
Hands down winner if choosing between Burger King, Carl’s Jr., McDonalds, or Wendy’s. Not every menu item is the best, but I like their burgers better, the curly fries that the others do not have (yeah, McDonald’s has the best regular fries), and the variety of their other selections over those chains.
The regular menu prices are competitive for similar items, but the deals they offer—in app—are better and easier to use than McDonald’s deals. Their rewards program is more straight forward also, and you don’t have to worry about expiring points.“

“This is the best Jack in the box. The workers are always so nice & have the best customer service. They don't act like they hate there jobs like other Jack in the Boxes. Literally really kind woman work here. They are so patient too. I wish every Jack in the box had good service like this.“
“This jack in the box is my favorite in Long Beach and what helps that out is employee Selena she always has a great attitude and will always be right at the register when customers come in. She will even help recommend what is good to get depending on someone’s reference if they are not sure what to order. Overall she provides excellent customer service that’s very consistent and is very professional“
