What I got from them was just excuses and I'm on my brake??Doesn't fast food restaurants supposed to have employees that can relieve people on brakes? Any way I waited the 10 min and they took my order.. but I was under the impression they still was going to lag and play the part.... Well....... HummI was served immediately and efficiently... Wow they made me change my mind ........ They are ok after all...!“
“Jenny at this Jack location is the friendliest employee. Her customer service is off the hook and she's always so positive when I walk in. Plus, she already knows what I'm going to order once she helps me at the register. Shoot out to the kitchen crew too, my food is always fresh!“
“There are many reasons why I can hate and love fast food. But I love this Jack in the box for a couple different reasons.1) the other day when I came to pay for my food, the girl at the drive-thru let me know the people in front of me paid already for my stuff.. naturally I had to pay for the stuff for the people behind me... And luckily both totals were only about $0.25 apart. I thought that was nice because that could make a really big difference in somebody's day, trying to feed their kids or not having too much money.2) it's located in one of the nicest last parts of Long Beach. And it's almost not really that busy ever... Or at least it's not as busy as the McDonald's next door.3) the food quality is fine, the variety is outstanding.. and I love it because you can drive in or walk in and get your food very quickly. They also have coupons you can use that come in the mail and you save a little bit more money4) the ladies that work the drive-thru are probably the nicest ladies I've ever met in fast food. I don't know what it is about this particular restaurant but they just seem really nice maybe it's to me I don't know... but they handle their business quickly and well, they always have a smile, and I'm happy to be there customer.So if I had to give this place a grade, it would be an A-Not at all perfect, but still excellent. Total attributes make it a great place to stop and get food for yourself and family.“
“As always when I go to Jack in The box the people there are very polite this one is located in Bixby knolls other big Atlantic in Long Beach California the people there were very professional I would also recommend this anytime of the day or night“
“I ordered online. It's way quicker and cheaper if you do. Everyone who has been reviewing probably pays full price not using the app and waits in line.Parking: There's ample parking throughout. I have no idea why people would rather sit in their car in the drive-thru unless you like burning 6$ gas for no reason. Just go inside and pick up the food.“

Who doesn't, love jack in the box?Vegetarian options: They had the best southwest salads, but they recently changed the lettuce and I no longer buy one every day.Wish they would change the lettuce back to normal I love the crunch that's what a salad is all about now there's no crunch ?“
“Although I don't understand why if the place is open 24 hours, the shake machine gets shut down at night for the entire night so I'm never able to get a shake being that's the only time I get to a Jack in the Box - The food however last night was absolutely on point! It was actually better than expected & I savored every bite of my Jumbo Jack burger. My only complaint - far too much sauce every time which I end up scraping completely off because its already turned my lettuce soggy (which I also then must discard) & is already beginning to make my bun soggy. So ease up on the condiments please. But flavor wise, chefs kiss ? Very friendly staff with great customer service.“
“Well this Jack Box has a bit of bad rap and it's not for it's food or staff it's for its location because it's in middle of a overcrowded space and it makes this JACK BOX somewhat congested and last time I went there I had to eat standing up.“

“For all the picky reviewers. It's a jack In the box. They're open late and serve hot edible food. It's not the best. But 2 tacos for a under $2... you get what you pay for. And the food is safe to eat. I've seen a hepatitis outbreak from a restaurant serving $75 steaks (I reviewed them too). If you wake up after a drunken night ended with fast food and all you have is a hangover. Don't blame the food. Bam“

“The element that made my visit wonderful (which is unusual in a fast food drive through!) was the ladies who worked there. I was there around 10am. on Saturday, February 3rd. Someone should look up the schedule and see what two ladies were working the drive through. They were warm, friendly, personable, and working harder than they should have been.The speaker for ordering was broken and had been for three days. There was a sweet older lady out there busting butt to take our orders and relay them to the cashier. It's ridiculous that corporate hadn't sent someone out to fix it!The day prior, I had pulled in to get a snack and sat in an unmoving line for so long I just turned around and left. The staff said many people did that because ordering took so much longer.Deducted a star for corporate, not the way the on-site staff handled things - they were amazing.“
“I was starving, craving for eggrolls and I saw this one. Decided to dined in instead of drive thru. Small dining area but clean enough for me. My eggroll turned into a Jack Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead when I saw the whole menu and didn't know what to choose. Got my food and enjoyed the meal.It wasn't busy and the order was a breeze. I think the manager took my order and saw him cleaned up the dining area while I was eating. I was surprised that a medium drink was big. Good thing I didn't order a large.“

Free jumbo jacks... love it!!!After surfing or work... I always hit it up- unless it's evening.. watch out for the hobos & tweakers.
