Jackie with the manager title, is a inappropriate worker on this shop , she never asked to me if I will gonna take the dinner on the place or to go , never given to me condiments , went I ask for the ketchup a she just look away.
The manager Jackie treated me very poorly, she took my order as she wanted and every question she asked me was very rude, if she was a manager of an establishment. she's that rude. He speaks very badly about how the company trains its employees. What a disappointment from that establishment.

Been trying to get the lto smashed jack burger since they started advertising, but they never have it. Their burgers are disgusting usually, was hoping the new one would be an improvement but I'll never know ?? I'll just order like 50 tacos next time if they still don't have it.
