I was in yesterday Carson store 9/13 for lunch for a sandwich, never been there before. Asked the cute server if she could make a philly cheesesteak for me. She said she could try to do her best, well she did!! Man That sandwich was tasty!! I got a giant one, ate half, was stuffed liked crazy. Had to bring the other half home, set it on the kitchen counter and left it there. Forgot about it and saw it this morning when I was making my coffee and I thought for sure it was no good, all soggy and stuff. But nope, opened it up it was a little soggy but I said what the hell, took a bite and OMG what a tasty bite that was first thing in the morning!!! Needless to say I will be going back for another tasty philly cheesesteak from her next weekend. I should have gotten her name.

I went there two weeks ago to order a regular tuna sandwich and a regular roast beef sandwhich they say ran out of bread. how could this happen. i brought the sandwiches without bread but the cashier didn't gave me a discount. I will take my bussiness elsewhere. thank Jersey Mikes's subs for such a bad experience.

Went with a disabled friend. We were rushed and insulted by a young african american man who made fun of my friend's 'accent' (he had a stroke and struggles to talk and walk). Definitely will never go back, and also we'll escalate because this is beyond unacceptable.
This business' store might ADA compliant, but its employees are definitely clueless about how to treat a fellow vulnerable human.

Absolutely the WORST establishment in my personal opinion.
The staff here always has a turnaround which means they cannot keep staff and I can honestly understand why.
Customer service sucks big time here.
Unfortunately this is one of the only closest locations we have, but I am willing to travel out at this point.
If I'm spending my hard earned money I do expect top tier service and quality food.

I always order from this restaurant but on the last three occasions they have made me wait after ordering my sandwiches for more than 20 minutes, I explain, when I go to the store and ask for my order of the five people who are there, no one You can give me an answer and you have me waiting, this was the third time because I wanted to give it another chance but today was the last thing I endured with these people and with this store. no more. I recommend that you all place your order an hour before and it will be ready when you go to pick it up and be very patient because they are slower than a turtle. Very bad service and classists that they are.
Awesome service at this location! All the staff is working very hard to complete all the lunch orders, very impressive!

Ordered a steak and cheese with Double Tomato and Provolone Cheese. The order was written down correctly. When I got home there was NO DOUBLE TOMATOES and American Cheese. The kid who made the sandwich didn’t pay attention to the instructions.
