John's Incredible Pizza - Carson

It's been a while since I went to John's, the one I went to before closed when COVID happened so this was the first time in this location The staff was super friendly and kept the dining areas very clean ... They just need more personnel at the front door so when it picks up one can attend the people needing help in the screens as the other lets them in. Other than that I'm willing to go again.

Food is good alot of choices....lots of desserts. Fun for the kids.

Doesn’t even deserve a star, the place is awful gotta take credit for the effort they put in but the staff is absolutely awful. Nasty looks every five seconds, extremely unprofessional. The food is not terrible and the things you can watch while eating are entertaining; but the staff ruins it with a negative energy. Only one out of all the staff provided a happy energy, making up for everyone else.?‍♀️

This place is a scam, don't go!

We paid for 2 hours of play time for the kids, plus food and "fun cards" using a Groupon. We were told when we arrived that the kids should use the purple games first, and then the 2 hour time limit would start once they swiped on any of the green games.
Based on that information, we used the points for the purple games first, then we at lunch, but when we tried to use the 2 hours of play time on the green games as we were instructed, we discovered that the kids only had a few minutes left!

We spoke with a manager, who reluctantly said he would "add an hour" to the cards. He even told us 3600 seconds equalized "almost 2 hours" (it's actually 1 hour).

So in summary, we were given bad information by an employee, then the manager wasted our time and failed to resolve the issue even after I showed him the receipt.

We will not come back.

Good place to celebrate my birthday

I had never been here before but decided to throw my daughters 4th bday party here last minute. I'd definitely do it again. 10 guest , full buffet and cards for games under 250!! Food was good, fresh and clean. We got there at noon and it was so chill. Crowds started arriving round 230pm. We left at 330pm and it was full at that time. I'd recommend the earlier the better.

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I think it’s worth the drive to either Anaheim or Montclair. This place is so dirty. All tables are full of dirty plates. No employees are cleaning. Most of the food trays are empty. You are stuck eating whatever you might find. Had to wait 20 min for them to bring clean plates and spoons. Recommendation to the owner of this place. Hire all new management, as the management now is unable to do their job or just doesn’t care.

I did a birthday for my 7-year-old. The Birthday girl isn't free? I paid for three adults and 10 kids. The host barely said anything and I think they should hire people a little older. The ice cream machine area was disgusting. Some dinning areas were not being cleaned ?
