We've been twice and both times due to the ratio of customers in contrast to the number of waitresses caused food to be brought out late or items completely forgotten. Service is still 5 / 5. The waitresses both were working so hard and constantly on the move so we knew that it wasn't a lack of effort on their end. Both visits were during the week late morning. Not sure if they managers need to hire more help but the lack of supports hinders the experience; and may cost the waitress tips in some circumstances.

For the 2nd year in a row this norms has disappointed me I order their thanksgiving meal for families in need a week in advance I call to confirm the order is set to be delivered and the employees act like they don’t know what’s going on They say they have nothing to do with orders made through 3rd parties but I ordered through THEIR website NEVER AGain I ordered from the Torrance location thank god it’ll be delivered to the family in time since it was last minute

Unbelievable after they take 20 minutes to get me 2 garden salads and 1 Pepsi. It literally took them 20 minutes to get me my food and even got the drink wrong. They tried offering me another salad for the inconvenience. Never going back.

The waitress was really nice but after waiting for an hour for our food, we were told we had to wait more time. So we decided to leave because we noticed there were 3 people in the kitchen but 2 of them were really busy talking.

Went to norms last night as a small celebration for my little one, since his party isn't till Saturday. The waitress was nice. We mentioned that the little one did have a birthday and that he wanted the french toast. There was one person in the kitchen at the time so we understood our food was gonna be late. As we got our food additional staff appeared in the kitchen. French toast came and as I started feeding my son, I noticed it was still raw, so we kindly flagged down the waitress. Let her know that it was raw.It was still jiggling, and that I could not feed that to my little one. Let's just say the rest of the night we were being eyed down by the kitchen staff. We did not finish our food, paid and left.
I don't know, I was expecting a different experience for my boys. So disappointed at this location!
