The reason for my bad service review was because when we initially arrived we waited at least up to 20 minutes before anyone noticed that we were waiting. Actually we had to go to the front and ask why we haven't been waited and instead of being apologetic manager just said okay. I'll get someone to help us but then it took a little long to still help us. So after the waiter came to our table they took our order and then to add to the bad service. We got our salads without utensils and we saw no one to ask for them and we also had to go to the front to get the utensil. Other than the bad service, the food was great Recommendation for the manager to be more attentive to customers when they arrive as we waited and some other table got waited before us, we had been waiting before them.

So I decided to go get done breakfast this morning and start my day off right with the solar french toast breakfast. Everything was going well until it was time to pay my bill. I wanted at the counter for someone to help out. So the young lady says my bill was paid I said really by whom the she asked what table I was sitting at which was 31. She yes the bill was paid I said no I didn't pay it so then she went to my server to ask her about the bill which I had to wait another 10 mins she came back and ask did I pay at the machine on the table I said no. So then she leaves again for another 10 mins while I'm running late to be somewhere. So she came back and charged me my bill no apologies for the inconvenience no discount for there mess up because I could have walked out but I was being a good person and waited. No Manager was called to help no nothing so I won't be back do to them nit having great communication or customer service it's sad cause I like Norms. I spent $52 and you think a manager would be called to help waste of my day and time. Also they need to fix there flooring I tripped when being seated.

We’re always impressed with how much food you get at Norms for such a reasonable price—especially these days. The menu also offers plenty of healthy choices, which we appreciate. On this visit, Eduardo took great care of us, was incredibly friendly, and made sure every need was met. Even though this isn’t the closest Norms to us, we’d gladly go out of our way to visit this location again.

I got steak and shrimp. My steak looked gray. After I ate my shrimp I threw up. My stomach was upset. Even though it wasn't busy the waiter seemed like he couldn't be bothered. We went on Monday January 26 at 1 at the Carson location. I will never go back. I'll go to there other locations different service much nicer and better food.

I’ve been coming to Norms in Carson for years and I usually get good service but today was beyond exceptional. Lakesha gave us true have it your way service with a smile. It felt like we were being treated like queens.
She listened to what we really had a taste for, made great suggestions, and went above and beyond even during a busy Sunday morning rush. I’ve eaten at plenty of high end five star restaurants but the level of care and attention she gave us here made this experience stand out.
Fast attentive sweet and genuinely catering, Lakesha absolutely spoiled us. I’ll definitely be coming back when she’s working because anything less just wouldn’t compare.

Everytime I come to Norms it's Always a pleasant experience. From entering and eating in and out. Waiters and Waitresses are always making sure U need more beverages with a Friendly vibe. Love the Food here. When I 1st tried their 🍨 Sundaes It was Delicious..The Strawberry 🍓 😋 Divine. Hamburgers are Hands down 💣 Bomb. The service is on Point. Clean and Great service. 🤗
