Service was horrible. I had to get up to find my server to ask for the pancakes she forgot to bring. Then when she finally brought the pancakes, no syrup! I go and find her again and ask for syrup and she hands my a syrup bottle dripping all over my hands on my clothes and on the floor. She was either high or just really didn't care. I like Norms and eat there anytime I go to LA area. I won't be going to this one ever again. What kind of management allows this type of service. Management must know how bad it is and if they don't they need to get out on the floor and do a better job. Horrible Horrible Horrible. Oh and by the way you can't act nice after the horrible service and expect more than a 10% tip. Do better

I was greeted when I arrived and sat in the counter section. My server Arlin welcomed me and asked if I'd like a soft drink and water which I appreciated. I had the Fish and Chips, ChickenTortilla Soup and a side salad. It was perfect! Hot and ready in no time with great taste and flavor! Thank you Arlin and thank you Norms!
