Pieology Pizzeria Carson - SouthBay Pavilion Mall

My first time getting pizza from Pieology. Gluten free crust and vegan. The gentleman that served me was amazing. He took special care in making my pie and acknowledging my restrictions. I love that they bring your pies to the table. He told me he also used a clean cutter to section my pizza.

The upkeep of the eatery needs more attention. Tables were not clean. Overall the dinning area and were inventory is stocked needs a little work.

My pizza was fair and affordable. Good price for how much food cost these days.

pizza was okay but the cookie had some sort of gummy glue/dirt residue on the back 🫩 cleanliness was bad in the front but I had hope the back wouldn't be like that too wth also the cookie is burnt as hell it was breaking as i took off the saran wrap

Pieology has the best pizza. It’s always fresh and hot. The crust is thin and crunchy. The toppings always delicious no matter what you choose. I like pepperoni and mushrooms with a pesto sauce finish.

Came in today with my boyfriend, ordered two pizzas. Lady taking our order was not friendly and tried to rush us out, then made our order wrong so we had to wait for another person to remake them. Waited a little over 20 minutes. Not pleased with how unpleasant the staff were, horrible customer service.

I mean it is a fast food place..... But I had pizza for the first time here and I like the assembly line and how quick you get it and it was quite tasty considering. I'm definitely going back.
